2:12 am Geneva/Vienna Warrant Arrest
Officers Morse and Seavey were on patrol when he noticed a car almost hit a row of parked cars. The officers stopped the car and contacted the driver. The driver of the car provided his license to the officers. The officers conducted a DMV check and discovered that the driver had an outstanding traffic warrant for $360. The driver was arrested for the warrant and booked at Ingleside Station. Report number 110198151
8:00 am 600 blk Andover Threats Arrest
Sgt O’Brien responded to SF County jail to interview a suspect that was listed as making death threats to the victim in the report. Sgt O’Brien interviewed the suspect, who at first denied it. Sgt O’Brien was able to extract a confession from the suspect with the ease of a surgeon. The suspect now faces a felony threats charge on top of the charges he was already in jail for. 11:17 am 1800 blk San Jose Trespassing Arrest
Officer Frisk was sent to investigate a call regarding a trespasser at a laundromat. The owner of the laundromat told the officer that the suspect is there every day and she can’t get rid of the suspect. The suspect has been cited for an open container in the same place on another occasion. Because the suspect had been warned numerous times in the past the owner signed a citizen’s arrest and officer Frisk took custody of the suspect and booked him on the offense. Report number 110182295
2:00 pm 400 blk Raymond Vandalism
Officer Ocreto was flagged down by the victim and told the following: A known suspect admitted breaking windows in the building. The suspect caused $1032 worth of damage. The officer located the suspect and placed him under arrest. The officer was able to solve the case in a short time. Report number 110198571
2:14 pm Mission/29th St Drug Arrest
Officers Almaguer and Hauscarriague were on patrol when they saw a suspect that they knew was on felony probation with a search condition. The officers exercised the search condition and responded to the suspect’s home. When the officers got there, they found another suspect waiting that is also on felony probation. Did I mention that they search condition is for DRUGS! Once at the house the officers conducted a search and found ∆9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (weed). Because of the amount, the main suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside Station. Report number 110199949
5:25 pm Murray/Justin Warrant Arrest
Officers Padilla and Tam were when they observed a vehicle drive through a stop sign without stopping. The officers stopped the car to issue a citation for the violation. The officers conducted a warrant check and discovered that the driver had a "No Bail" warrant for drunk driving. The driver was placed under arrest and booked for the stop sign violation, driving with a suspended license and the warrant. [report number 110200972
9:49 pm Peralta/Putnam Possession Loaded Gun
Officers Hom and Cassinelli were on patrol and had stopped in the lot at Farmers Market. The officers sometimes will park in the shadows and watch to see if any car thieves are working the area. As the officers were watching, they observed a black vehicle with the interior lights on and a lone occupant in it. The officers drove to the vehicle and observed the driver of the car immediately bend as if trying to hide something in front of him. The officers asked the driver to show his hands, the driver would not. The officers ordered the driver to show his hands and to exit the vehicle. The driver complied at this time. The officers asked the driver if he was on probation or parole. The driver told them no, but that he had been arrested for murder before. Because of this and how the suspect acted with his hands, the officers cuffed him. When the officers inspected the inside of the car they found a 9mm semi automatic loaded handgun under the driver side seat. The gun had a round chambered and the safety off. The driver was cited for this offense and released at the station. The gun was sent to CSI for processing. Report number 110200972. This is "The Best Arrest of the Day"

Officers Preston was sent to investigate a vandalism case. The victim told the officer that two unknown suspect came into his business (laundromat) and marked the walls with markers. The victim told the officer that two female suspects were in the laundromat and started causing problems. A witness called the victim to notify. The suspects were gone when he arrived. The officer took photos of the damage booked them as evidence. Report number 110199507
3:40 pm 2800 blk Diamond Fraud
Police Services Aide Cato prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim came to ingleside station and told the PSA that while at home she received a call from one of the tellers at her bank. The teller told her that there was a female attempting to cash a $3200 check from her personal account and represented herself as the victim. The teller would not cash the check so the suspect left. 6:30 pm 300 blk Precita Vehicle Strip
Officer Najarro was on patrol and conducting a "Passing call" request at Precita Park. While there the officer was flagged down by the victim of a car strip. The victim told the officer that he parked his car last night and secured it. When he came out to start it today he said that it sounded "Loud" the victim checked under the car and discovered that someone had stolen his catalytic converter. There were no suspects observed.
