3:30 am 2200 blk Bayshore Warrant Arrest
Officer MA met with a reportee that told the officer that there was a subject that was asked to leave his store, but refused. The reportee pointed to the subject that was now standing in front of the store. The officer stepped outside and asked the subject for identification. The subject complied. 6:05 pm 800 blk Ellsworth Drug Arrest
Officers Tam, Padilla and Sgt Rainsford were sent to a call where there was a suspect under the influence of drugs destroying the inside of a house. Numerous Ingleside officers responded as back up. The officers were met at the door by the reportee who told them that a known suspect was upstairs "High" on drugs and destroying the room. Officers made their way upstairs and verbally contacted the suspect and ordered him to come out of the room. The suspect came out totally naked, and then ran back inside the room. The suspect never completely closed the door, so officers could see what he was doing. The suspect started getting dressed and then was trying to hide something. Once again the suspect was ordered out and he complied. The officers observed that the suspect was sweating profusely and his pupils were dilated. The suspect was handcuffed. The officers asked the suspect what he had ingested and he replied "Marijuana". The officers asked the suspect if they could search the room. The suspect said yes and that lead the officers to discover that the drug was methamphetamines. Needles to say the suspect was arrested for being under the influence and, did I mention, he also had a warrant! He was booked at Ingleside station. Report number 110197266. This is "The best Arrest of the Day"
