Arrests:There are no arrests to report.Serious Incidents:4:00pm Unit Blk. Paradise TheftA knock on the door prompted a homeowner to look outside and see a man he didn’t know. The resident opened the door and the visitor asked to come into the home and peer out a back window to see if there was a baseball in the back yard. The homeowner said “no” but the visitor wouldn’t leave. The resident then agreed to go around the side of his home and look for the baseball. He told Ingleside Officers Kikuchi and Tom that it was then that the suspect reached into his pants pocket and took his wallet before running away. The loss was approximately $130. Report number: 17076637811:06pm Mission & Geneva Aggravated AssaultA Muni passenger called police after being brutally attacked on the bus. The victim told Ingleside Officers Ferronato and Cortez-Cendejas that two men approached him as he stood by the back door of the bus waiting to get off. They punched and hit him with unknown weapons and continued the assault after the bus arrived at the intersection. The suspects then fled northbound on Mission. The officers summoned medical help and the victim was transported to Kaiser Hospital in South San Francisco where he was treated for a fractured eye socket.
