1:18am Mission/Russia Vandalism
Officers Graham and Apodaca were on patrol driving down Mission Street, when they saw a subject vandalizing the MUNI bus shelter with graffiti, located at the corner of Mission and Russia Avenue. The officers quickly stopped and detained the subject and his two friends who were standing next to him at the time. Officer Apodaca checked the bus shelter and in fact found fresh graffiti. The officers searched the subject and in plain view found the marker he was using protruding from his pants pocket. A computer check on the subject revealed he also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The two friends came back clear of any warrants and were released at the scene. The subject was transported to Ingleside Station where he was booked for the vandalism and outstanding warrant. Report Number 130096068.
1:21am Mission/France Drug Paraphernalia
Officers Padilla and To were on patrol driving Southbound on Mission Street when they saw a subject riding his bicycle on the sidewalk, in clear violation of San Francisco Traffic code (96T.C). The subject was on Mission Street approaching France Avenue. The officers stopped and talked with this subject who informed them he was currently on Felony probation. The officers checked with dispatch who said the subject was in fact on probation and had a search condition. The officers searched the subject and found a glass pipe used to ingest methamphetamine, a misdemeanor violation. The officers proceeded to cite the subject for both violations and released him from the scene. The Glass pipe was booked as evidence. Report Number 130096080
8:30pm 100 Blk Hanover Resisting
Officers Pedersen and McMilton along with Sgt Kruger went to the 100 block of Hanover Street regarding a call of a fight. When they arrived, they located a witness and began talking with him. Moments later, a woman stepped out of her residence and began to verbally accost the officers. The woman then took a fighting stance and threw an unknown object at Sgt Kruger, She then began to retreat back into the residence. The officers gave chase and tried to detain her, but she began to fight with the officers. After a brief struggle, the officers were able to control and restrain her. While at the scene, the woman began to complain of pain, so medics were called out. The woman was eventually cited for resisting a police officer and released to the care of the medics who transported her to St. Lukes hospital for further evaluation. Report Number 130098042.

1:33am 3200 Blk Mission Assault/Theft
Officers Chew and Bernard responded to the 3200 block of Mission Street regarding robbery call. Once they arrived, they met with four victims who said as they were exiting a store, they were confronted by three suspects. The three males began yelling at the victims and spitting at one of the victims. The one male victim in the group confronted the three suspects and asked them to leave them (the victims) alone. The three suspects, without warning, attacked the male victim punching and kicking him numerous times. The three remaining victims came to his aide trying to stop the assault. After the attack, the suspects ran off headed Southbound on Mission Street. After the incident, one of the female victims realized that the suspects ran off with her purse taking with them her wallet, credit cards, Iphone and money. The victim that was attacked was not seriously hurt and refused any medical attention. Report Number 130096115.
10:00pm 3100 Blk Mission Robbery
Officer Hom went to investigate a robbery that took place on the 3100 block of Mission Street. He met with the victim who said he took a cab from the Civic Center to the front door of his apartment building. As he was attempting to get into the building, two unknown suspects came up from behind and pushed him up against the door. One of the suspect then pulled out a gun and pointed it at him and said, “Don’t move! Give me everything!”. The victim said the suspects robbed him of his Rolex watch, wallet, money and cell phone. Both suspects then ran away headed Eastbound on Cesar Chavez, where he finally lost sight of them. Officer Hom searched the area to no avail. Report Number 130098230
