10:35am 1600 Blk Valencia St Traffic
Officer Lim responded to a report of a suspicious person. The officer arrived and contacted the suspect who was standing in a parking lane of the street. The suspect was holding signs and appeared to be protesting. The suspect was standing in the street, outside of the marked crosswalk that was nearby. The officer advised the suspect of the violation, and he became very agitated. For the officer’s safety, he placed the suspect into handcuffs pending further investigation. The officer wrote the suspect a citation for the above listed violation. The suspect was then taken out of the handcuffs and released from the scene. Report 120045398
6:58pm Cesar Chavez & Mission Threats
Officers Kerlegan and Peregrina were dispatched to a report of a suspect in the area with a gun. When the officers arrived, a passerby pointed in the direction of where a male suspect was sitting on some steps. The officers detained the suspect and searched him for weapons. The officers did not find any weapons on the suspect. A witness told the officers that he had seen the suspect standing in a parking lot holding a gun. The witness told the officers that the suspect pointed the gun into the air. The witness heard a click sound as if the suspect was pulling the trigger. A victim came forward and told the officers that he suspect had approached her and threatened to kill her. The victim said the suspect then began pacing back and forth in an erratic manner, causing her to believe that the suspect was mentally unstable. A second person witnessed the suspect threatening the victim. One of the officers recovered a toy gun from a hole in the wall in the same located where the suspect had been contacted by the officers. 7:25pm 1800 Blk Alemany Battery
Officers Chang and Park responded to a report of a fight. Upon arrival, the officers were flagged down by the victim. The victim was extremely intoxicated and appeared to have dried blood on his cheek. The victim smelled strongly of alcoholic beverages and was unable to stand on his own, losing his balance. The officers attempted to take a picture of the victim’s face, but he kept shielding it away from the officers. Two witnesses told the officers that the victim was drunk and had been “messing with people”. The witnesses said the victim was known to them and often would get drunk and start fights with people. The victim was transported to SFGH because of the level of his intoxication. The officers conducted a records check of all of the individuals on scene. One of them was wanted on an outstanding warrant and was subsequently arrested. Report 120047297

Officers Morrow and Barajas were dispatched to a report of a broken window. The officers located a business with a smashed window. Upon further investigation, the officers determined that the suspect did not gain entry into the building. Report 120044992

PSA Zabarte took a report regarding vandalism. The victim had parked her vehicle, leaving it in good condition. Upon her return, the victim discovered one of the windshield wipers was broken on her vehicle. Report 120045194
12:45pm 300 Blk Rome St Personation
Officer Lee took a report regarding false personation. The victim was contacted by a cell phone company regarding a suspect who had used his name to open an account. The victim never authorized the account or the charges made to it. Report 120043295
1:00pm 600 Blk Lisbon St Burglary
Officers Fung and Sugitan responded to a report of a burglary. The victim returned home to her residence and discovered her front gate and front door were open. Another interior door had been forced open. Several items were stolen from the residence including cash and a laptop. The house had been ransacked by the suspect. Report 120046471
1:19pm 500 Blk Madrid St Burglary
Officer Fung and Sugitan were dispatched to a report of a burglary. The victim was downstairs in his garage when he heard a sound coming from the front of his house. The victim went out front to see what was happening. The victim saw two suspects at his front door. They had managed to open the metal gate leading to the front door. One of the suspects appeared to be the lookout, facing the street. The second suspect had a crowbar in his hands and was attempting to pry open the front door. The victim confronted the suspects, who calmly walked down the stairs. One of the suspects told the victim that someone owed him money and threatened to burn the house down. The suspects then fled. Officer Gonzalez responded to a report of a robbery. The victim was waiting at a MUNI shelter for the bus. The suspect approached the victim and demanded the victim’s money while two other suspects stood by. The suspect threatened to shoot the victim and lifted his shirt, revealing a black revolver. The victim handed over his cell phone. Report 120046437
3:30pm 4900 Blk Mission St Theft
Officers Chang and Park were dispatched to a report of theft. The victim was at work and placed his backpack down behind a recycling container. The victim went to work but noticed a suspect on a bicycle riding slowly around the recycling container. The victim went to retrieve his backpack and realized it was missing. Report 120046807
9:00pm Unit Blk Ordway Robbery
Officers Khan and Dilag were dispatched to a report of a robbery. The victim was walking when she heard the suspect yell to her, asking what was in her bag. The victim turned around and saw the suspect holding a gun in his hand. The suspect was with a second suspect. The suspect with the gun grabbed the victim’s bag, which she surrendered immediately because she was scared. The suspects fled. Report 120047479
9:25pm Geneva & Madrid Robbery
Officers Lozano and McCall responded to a report of a robbery. The victim was waiting for a bus while talking on her cell phone. She noticed a vehicle drive by with two suspects inside. A short time later, she noticed the driver of the vehicle standing on one side of her, and the passenger on the other side of her. The driver suspect approached her and said something to her that the victim did not understand. The passenger suspect then approached and grabbed her bag, which was hanging on her shoulder. Both suspects then fled to the vehicle that the victim had seen them in before. Report 120047532

Officers Gabriel and Apodaca responded to a report of a burglary. The victim left her residence and returned home about two hours later. There were no signs of forced entry into her residence, but the victim realized that several items were missing. The victim suspected a subject that has done work on her house in the past.
