12:07am 200 Blk Flood St Battery
Officers Anderson and Archilla were dispatched to a report of a battery. The officers were unable to locate the suspect initially. Dispatch advised the officers of a suspicious person walking in the area. Officer Anderson located a possible suspect matching the description from the battery. Witnesses confirmed to the officer that the suspect was in fact involved. The suspect came home intoxicated and got into an argument with the victim. The suspect pushed the victim and he fell to the ground. The victim signed a citizen’s arrest and the suspect was arrested for battery. Report 120050585
12:44am 200 Blk Schwerin Assault
Officers Padilla and Seavey responded to a report of a possible stabbing. As the officers approached the residence, they heard loud yelling and profanities. The victim suddenly appeared and told the officers that no one had been stabbed. A witness then came out of the residence telling the officers that no one had been stabbed and that it was just a verbal argument. A third subject emerged from the residence and told the officers that she wanted the victim arrested because she stabbed her. The third subject, who turned out to be the suspect, did not appear to have any injuries. The suspect suddenly threw an ash tray at the victim, and it struck her in the stomach. The officers separated the victim and suspect, and repeatedly asked the suspect what had happened. The suspect refused to tell the officers what had occurred and continued to try to get at the victim. The suspect smelled of alcohol and appeared to be under the influence. Further investigation revealed that the victim and suspect had gotten into a physical altercation with each other. The suspect suffered a small scratch during the fight. During the altercation, the suspect had thrown several dished at the victim, but the victim did not get hit. The suspect was arrested for assault. The suspect was also in possession of a glass pipe commonly used to ingest narcotics. Report 120050579
11:35am Mission & Brazil Warrant
Officers Tillan and Ng were on patrol when they were alerted by several drivers honking the horns of their vehicles. The officers looked in the direction of the noise and saw a vehicle stopped in a lane of traffic preventing vehicles from passing. The vehicle was also partially blocking a crosswalk. The driver of the vehicle was having a conversation with a suspect who was standing in the street. Because of the violations, the officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. While contacting the driver of the vehicle, the second suspect that had been in the street returned. The second suspect walked into the street, causing a car to abruptly stop. The officers advised the suspect to get back onto the sidewalk. The suspect complied briefly but then walked into the street again. The suspect yelled obscenities at the officer. The officers detained the suspect for the violation and he became combative. A records check revealed that the suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The driver of the vehicle was cited. 4:55pm Brookdale & Santos Warrant
Officers Obot and Johnson were on patrol when they spotted a suspect that they knew from several previous police contact. The officers knew the suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The officers confirmed through a records check that the warrant was still valid. The officers contacted the suspect and arrested him without further incident. Report 120049544
7:30pm Church & Sanchez Warrant
Officers Hom and Cassinelli were dispatched to a report of a robbery. The officers contacted the victim who told them that the suspect had grabbed her cell phone from her hand and fled. Officer Preston arrived on scene and located a suspect matching the description from the victim. The suspect was wanted on several outstanding warrants. The suspect was arrested. Report 120050165
11:00pm Mission & France St D.U.I.
Officers Lozano and McCall responded to assist Sergeants Turner and Riskin who had detained a driver on a traffic stop. The Sgts, saw the vehicle cross over double solid yellow lines and conducted a traffic stop. The officers noticed obvious signs of intoxication when they contacted the driver. Further investigation determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol while operating his vehicle. The driver also had a suspended license and was wanted on two outstanding warrants. Officers Peregrina and Kerlegan responded to a report of a robbery. The victim was drying his hands in a restroom when the suspect approached him from behind. The suspect placed one hand on the victim’s shoulder and the other across his mouth, telling him not to speak. The suspect reached into the victim’s pant pocket and took out his cell phone. The suspect told the victim to go into a bathroom stall and stay there. The victim complied and the suspect fled. Report 120049679

Officer Archilla was dispatched to a report of a burglary. The victim kept a large amount of cash in his home as he was saving to keep his house. The victim had family over, including the suspect. The victim saw the suspect enter his room where he keeps his money. After the suspect left, the victim went to check on his money and discovered it missing. The victim contacted the suspect, who admitted to taking the money. The suspect told the victim he would bring the money back, but didn’t. The victim attempted to contact the suspect again, but his phone was disconnected. Report 120049497

Officers Cassinelli and Hom were dispatched to a report of a robbery. The victim was on a MUNI bus reading something on her phone with her head down. The bus came to a stop and the rear doors opened. The suspect grabbed the victim’s phone and fled off the bus. Report 120049970
9:10pm Diamond & Kern Robbery
Officer Hauscarriague responded to a report of a robbery. Officers Gonzalez and Archilla were already on scene. The victim had been walking when she heard footsteps behind her. The victim turned around and saw the suspect behind her, holding a gun. The suspect demanded “everything” from the victim. The victim feared for her life and handed over her wallet. The suspect fled. The officers searched the area for the suspect but were unable to locate him. Report 120050234
