9:01 am     200 blk Hahn                   Warrant Arrest
Officers Araujo and Pai were sent to investigate a person looking into windows. The officers located a possible suspect and detained him. The officers conducted a warrant check and discovered that the suspect had an outstanding warrant for parole that was NO BAIL. The suspect was booked for the warrant. Report number 1104336690

4:20 pm     100 Bemis                       Warrant Arrest
Officers Paras and Archilla were sent to investigate a verbal argument. The officers located the parties involved and discovered that one of the parties had a $5000 warrant for assault. The suspect was arrested then booked at Ingleside Station. Report number 110434842

5:41 pm     4900 blk Mission            Theft
Officers Archilla and Paras were sent to investigate a theft from a merchant incident. The victim told the officers that he watched the suspect walk in and grab a basket and head to the alcohol section. The suspect grabbed $190 worth of whiskey and ran to the exit. The suspect exited the store without paying and was stopped by the victim. The officers conducted a warrant check and discovered that the suspect was on parole. The suspect was violated for parole and booked for the theft. Report number 110435094

Officers Hart and Castillo were dispatched to investigate a battery incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect and she got involved in a verbal argument. The victim told the officers that somewhere along the line the suspect grabbed her arm and pushed her. The suspect was still at the scene and was arrested and booked at ingleside station. 7:24 pm     4900 blk Mission           Warrant Arrest
Officers Gonzalez and Pereira were sent to investigate a fighting incident. The officers located the parties involved in the fight and were able to determine that the fight was over a shoplifter. The officers detained the shoplifter and discovered that he had a $10,000 warrant for his arrest. The officers booked the suspect on the warrant. Report number 110435232


8:29 pm     Unit blk Coso                Battery on Officer
Officers Archilla and Paras responded to a fight in progress involving gang members. The officers’ along with numerous Ingleside officers responded and detained several individuals. Officer Archilla detained a group of seven and was conducting computer checks on them when one individual started to yell insults at the officer. Officer Archilla decided to cuff and place the subject in the car to avoid any further confrontation. When the officers were placing the subject into the back seat, the subject turned and spit at the officer. The officer was able to somewhat get out of the way but the spit hit the officer on the neck and uniform. The suspect was taken down facing away from the officers. While on the ground the suspect began kicking the officers. The suspect didn’t stop there. He threatened the officer further. The suspect was booked for the battery on an officer and threats. The suspect was not injured. Report number 110435470 ****This is the Best Arrest of the Day****

Officers Bernard and Johnson were sent to investigate a shots fired call. the victim told the officers that she was in her home when she heard gunshots. The victim told the officers’ that she did not discover her vehicle had been damaged till the time she called. There were no suspects observed, nor injuries. Report number 110436923

1:21 pm     Unit blk Addison        Discharging Weapon
Officer Najarro along with numerous Ingleside officers responded to shots fired call. The officers located several witnesses and conducted interviews. The information is as follows. A witness was double parked when they saw a car pull up behind them. The victim observed the suspect in the car and then heard shots being fired. The witness crouched down and the suspect in the car drive by. In all there were four shots fired. No one was injured. The officers were able to ascertain a plate number and the identity of the suspect. The information was sent to the Gang Task Force. Report number 110434369

2:53 pm     5900 blk Mission        Theft
Officer Padilla was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that a couple of suspects walked into her store and began asking about phones. The victim told the officers that the suspects asked to see an expensive phone and seemed that they were going to purchase. While one of the suspects walked out the second suspect remained talking to the victim about features and price. When the victim brought the box out with the phone, the suspect grabbed the box without notice and ran out the door. The victim called the police. Report number 110434557

Officers Dudley and Gabriel were sent to investigate a burglary case. The victim told the officers that she observed property on the roof that she believed was from a burglary. The officers took custody and booked the property at Ingleside Station. 110433894  

10:00 pm Sunrise/Hahn               Robbery
Officers Morse and Seavey were sent to investigate a robbery incident. The victim told the officers that she was walking to her house when two suspects approached her and demanded she give them everything. The suspect pointed a gun at her and then made off with her purse that had $1000 in cash. The suspect’s then fled the scene. The victim was not hurt. Report number 110435583

Officers Baldovino and Otaguro were sent to investigate a theft. The victim told the officers that she placed her purse on a table and went to dance leaving the purse unattended. When the victim came back from her dance she discovered her purse was missing with all her property inside. No one was seen taking the purse. Report number 110435806
