4:20pm 100 Blk Seneca Battery
Officers Gabriel and Apodaca responded to the call of a fight. They met with a male and female who reside at the home who stated that they had been arguing regarding an eviction issue. The male stated the female punched him in the face during the altercation and the male responded by punching her body area. Neither party sustained injuries but both insisted on signing citizen’s arrests against each other. Each party was cited accordingly. Report 110413818
9:06pm 4000 Blk San Bruno DV Arrest
Officers Paras and Archilla were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. They met with other officers who were on scene and had a suspect detained. The victim was being escorted to the hospital by ambulance. Officer Burke advised the officers that while responding to the call they located a male matching the description put out by dispatch. A few minutes later a woman ran to the area where they were and told the officers, “That’s him.” Victim advised the officers that she had picked up the male at a friend’s house and that the male was intoxicated. He began yelling in the car that he was going to hit the victim’s daughter when they arrived home. The victim’s daughter was not at home when they arrived and the suspect began throwing things out of the home and yelling at victim. Victim attempted to leave the home and the suspect stood in front of her to block her path and threatened to break the windows of her daughter’s vehicle if she left. Victim attempted to move suspect out of her way when he repeatedly slapped her, causing her to fall to the ground, hit her head on the concrete and lose consciousness. When victim awoke suspect was leaning above her and pulling on her shirt. Victim stated the suspect then grabbed her by her hair and began pulling her up by her hair. Victim told suspect she was going to call the police and he left the home. Officers later located him and detained him (as stated above). An Emergency Protective Order was issued and both parties were served with their copies. The suspect was booked for the battery and threats. Report 110414543 *****BEST ARREST OF THE DAY*****

4:00am 3000 Blk Mission Threats
Sgt. Miller and various Ingleside police officers assisted the California Highway Patrol to search for a fleeing suspect. They located a victim at the address and it was later learned he was not the suspect they were searching for. The individual, however, had lacerations and a puncture to his left arm. He told the officers that he resides in the upstairs unit and a friend of his resides in the garage. He stated he had argued with the friend earlier and that he had cut him with a knife. The friend had left the area and officers searched unsuccessfully for him. Victim was uncooperative and refused to provide any further information. Victim was transported to the hospital for medical assistance. Report 110412581
2:43pm Sunnydale/Santos Shots Fired
Officers Peregoy and Trail were on patrol when dispatch advised that officers had just heard rapid gunshots in the area. The officers observed a gold vehicle on Santos driving erratically and honking its horn. They then noticed two suspects travelling on dirt bikes wearing gloves and one had a dark object in his left hand. The officers followed the vehicle and dirt bikes but were unable to catch up to them. They searched the area for witnesses and a female advised that one of the males on a dirt bike was the one who was shooting. Officers located several bullet casings which they booked into evidence along with pictures they collected at the scene. A search of the area for the suspects was unsuccessful. Report 110413482
5:00pm Unit Blk Pasadena Agg. Assault
Officers Apodaca and Gabriel were dispatched to the call of an assault. They met with victim who advised he had been involved in an argument with another male who resided in the home. The male spit at him and threw a vase across the room in his direction. The vase shattered but a piece of it made contact with the victim’s top portion of his head, causing a laceration. Victim told the suspect he was going to call the police and the suspect left the area. Officers summoned an ambulance which responded and treated victim for his injuries. They searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspect. Officers took pictures of the scene and the victim’s injuries which they booked into evidence. Report 110413965
5:55pm 900 Blk Ellsworth Vandalism
Officers Uang and Hopkins responded to the call of a vandalism. Victim advised that she was in her bedroom when she heard the sound of glass breaking. She then noticed her bedroom window was broken and there was a hole in the shade. Officers took photos of the damage and booked them into evidence. Victim was unable to provide any further information. Report 110414032
7:00pm 700 Blk Foerster Vandalism
Officers Dilag and Lundy responded to the call of a vandalism. Victim advised that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found the vehicle had been loosed from its mount and the mirror damaged. He was unable to provide any further information. Report 110414775
