Arrests:

4:58pm               Unit Blk Brookdale              Stolen Auto
Officers Apodaca and Gabriel observed a suspicious vehicle while patrolling the Sunnydale Housing Projects.  They made contact with the driver and passenger of the vehicle and asked them for identification.  Neither party was able to produce any identification or tell the officers who the vehicle belonged to.  A record check of the vehicle revealed it was reported stolen.  Both suspects were taken into custody.  Officers located burglary tools in the vehicle as well as shaved keys.  One of the individuals also had an active warrant which he was taken into custody for as well.  Report 110410983

6:10pm               800 Blk Moscow                  Robbery
Officers Pereira and Gonzalez were dispatched to a call of a robbery.  They met with the victims who advised that they had been robbed at gunpoint by two males.  Victims advised they were playing basketball when they were approached by the males who demanded they give them their phones and money.  One of the subjects produced a gun which he pointed at them and the other suspect grabbed one of the victim’s cell phone.  Both suspects then ran out of the park.  Several Ingleside units responded to the area and searched for any suspects who might match the description given.  Officers Huang and Hopkins were able to locate the individuals who matched the description provided and they detained them.  A search adjacent to the area where the individuals were detained located a handgun and a sweatshirt which one of the suspects was said to be wearing.  The sweatshirt also contained a cellular phone matching the description of the phone that had been taken from one of the victims.  The victims were taken to the area where the suspects were detained and they positively identified them as the suspects who had taken the cellular phone and had a gun.  Both suspects were taken into custody without incident.  Report 110411044  *****BEST ARREST OF THE DAY*****

12:00pm             1800 Blk Felton                    Threats
Officers Campion-Healy and Muro responded to a report of a threat.  Victim advised that she had an argument with her brother who threatened her and said he was going to take care of her with a gun that he had.  The victim did not see a gun and suspect had left the home when the officers arrived.  Victim said she was afraid of her brother because he has always had anger issues and she wanted the incident documented.  An Emergency Protective Order was granted and victim was provided with her copy.  A search of the area for the suspect was negative.  Report 110410068

1:00pm               5000 Blk Mission                 Agg. Assault
Officers Morrow and Johnson were dispatched to the call of a battery.  Victim advised that she was walking on Mission Street when an unknown male walked up to her and began swinging what appeared to be a white sock which possibly contained rocks at her.  Victim said she lost consciousness and when she woke up she was on the floor and felt lots of blood coming out of her nose.  Victim said she did not get a good look at the suspect and could not identify him if she saw him again.  Officers responded to the area where the incident occurred and attempted unsuccessfully to retrieve any video footage.   Report 110410466

6:00pm               1700 Blk Ocean                  Fraud
Victim came to Ingleside station to report a fraud.  She told PSA Flynn that she had stopped at a café and when she arrived home noticed her wallet was missing.  She called her bank and was told that various charges had been made to her account.  Victim stated that she did not authorize the transactions and the bank requested she file a police report.  Victim could provide no further information.  Report 110411016

Officer Frisk responded to the call of vandalism.  Victim told her that he heard two loud explosions and when he looked out of his window noticed remnants of a large firework in the bed of his truck and that there was damage to the bed of the truck.  Victim was unable to provide any further information and a search of the area for witnesses was unsuccessful.  Report 110412741
