12:57 am Cesar Chavez/Sanchez Drunk Driving
Officer Seavey was patrolling the district when his attention was drawn to a vehicle that did not stop at a stop sign. The officer followed the vehicle and observed it as another stop sign was ignored. The officer saw the car drive over the double yellow lines towards oncoming traffic and pulled the car over. The officer approached the car and spoke to the driver. The driver smelled as if she had been drinking. The officer then requested the driver to submit to a field sobriety test. The driver did not successfully perform the test and was placed under arrest. The driver chose to take a breath test. The results of the test showed the blood alcohol content to be .182 (CA legal limit is 0.08). The driver was then booked for drunk driving and the other traffic violation observed by the officer. 1:25 pm 400 blk Monterey Vandalism Arrest
Officer Aslam and Marino responded to a call of a suspect swinging a chain with a rock tied to it that was swinging it and hitting street signs. When the officers arrived, officer Frisk had a possible suspect detained that told her that he had broken a bus stop shelter with a rock. Other officers at the scene located the shelter and a witness. The witness was able to positively identify the suspect as being the one that shattered the shelter, defaced a street sign and damaged a garage door. The suspect gave the officers false information on his identity as well. Because of an excellent investigation, the officers were able to obtain the true identity of the suspect and that he had a felony warrant. The suspect was arrested and booked. Report number 110321324
9:50 pm Mission/Geneva Permit Violation
Officers Jones and Lozano were working undercover enforcing permit violation of out of town taxis. Officer Lozano was on foot. The officers both observed a taxi that was not from San Francisco. Officer Lozano pointed at the taxi as it drove by her and it stopped. The officer approached the cab and the driver signaled her to get in. once inside the cab the officer asked the driver to take her to a location in Daly City. The driver turned the meter on and started driving. Officer Jones followed the cab and pulled it over. The driver told officer Lozano what she had to tell the officer! The officer told the driver that he watched as he picked up his in SF. The driver was cited for the violation. The officers cited another cab for the same violation. Officers Gomez and Barajas were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officers that while doing her laundry she heard a loud crash. The victim went to investigate and discovered her back window broken and no suspects. Report number 110322996
6:30 pm 500 blk Raymond Theft from Auto
Police Services Aide To form Bayview station prepared a report regarding a theft case. The victim told the PSA that she parked and locked her car in front of her house. When she returned she discovered that someone had broken a window and removed the property from inside. Report number 110318434
6:53 pm 1700 blk Sunnydale Vandalism
Officers Hom and Cassinelli were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officers that while in her bedroom she was startled by the sound of glass shattering. The victim told the officer that just prior to the glass shattering she heard a female voice. The victim did not see who was responsible for the window. Report number 110322231

Officers Cassinelli and Hom were sent to investigate an assault incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect had attacked her because of an ongoing disagreement. The victim received minor cuts and a bruise. Report number 110322485
