2:42 am Trumbull/Mission Graffiti Arrest
Officers Ma and Morse were on patrol when they observed a suspect spray painting the side of a van. The officers stopped and exited their vehicle. The suspect saw the officers approaching and tried to hide behind the van. The suspect threw the spray can to the ground, but forgot that the can makes noise and that the officers can hear. The officers detained the suspect and found the can of paint. The officers tried to contact the owner of the van, but could not. They left a note with the report number on the van. The suspect was arrested, and then, because he had valid ID he was cited to appear in court. Pictures were taken and evidence was booked. Because of the keen observation skills of these officers, a vandal has been arrested! Report number 110223833. This is "The Best Arrest of the Day"
3:00 am 600 blk Andover Battery
Officers Chew and Lim were sent to SF General Hospital on an assault case. The victim told the officers that a known suspect. The victim told the officers that the reason for the attack today is because of money that is owed to the suspect by the victim. The suspect pushed the victim three times in the back in an attempt to rid them. The victim told the officers that after she left the suspects home she started having stomach pains. Because the victim was pregnant she decided to go to the hospital. The officers responded back to the suspect’s house and arrested him. The suspect was booked at Ingleside Station for battery. 6:35 pm 1100 blk Goettingen Vandalism
Officers Gabriel and Apodaca were responding to a vandalism call. The victim told the officers that he was at home when he heard a commotion from outside. The victim looked outside his window and saw three female suspects involved in an argument. Then he saw the main suspect on top of his car and kicking out the windows. As the officers were speaking to the victim, the suspect walked by. The officers detained the suspect and conducted a warrant check which showed that the suspect had a $5000 outstanding warrant. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside station. Report number 110222976

Sgt Miller was sent to investigate a theft incident. The Sgt was told by the witness that she observed a possible suspect standing next to the car. The witness told the Sgt that she saw the suspect drop something when he saw her, and start running away from the scene. Sgt Miller was able to locate the owner of the vehicle and supply them with a report number. Report number 110221019
7:10 am Unit blk Avalon Burglary
Officers Archilla and Gonzalez were sent to investigate a burglary case. The victim told the officers that she left her apartment and locked and secured the doors. The victim told the officers that when she returned she found that someone had gained entry and removed her electronic property. the victim told the officer that an unknown witness had seen a suspect leaving the building with all the property. The victim’s husband is related to the suspect and contacted him on his cell phone. The suspect confirmed that he had the property and no intentions of returning them. Report number 110222722
8:10 am Cayuga/Ottawa Robbery
Officer Muro was sent to investigate a robbery incident. The victim told the officer that he was walking along when a suspect approached him and asked him where he was from. The victim replied and continued walking. The suspect left. The victim told the officer that the suspect came around once again and this time told the victim that he needed to pay up with something or else. The victim was reluctant at first until the suspect simulated a gun and said and motioned for the property. The suspect fled the scene. Report number 110221138

Police Services Aid Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a battery incident. The victim told the PSA that he was driving along when he came upon a stop sign. In front of him, he had the car that was stopped. The victm told us that the driver of the car the victim told the offices that the suspect walked up to the victim and told him that he was tailgating and that the suspect slapped him. The suspect then turned and walked away report number 110222017
10:00 am 700 blk Foerster Theft
Police Services Aid Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a theft case. The victim told the PSA that he parked and secured his car only to discover that someone had removed property totaling up to $150. Report number 110221003
1:00 pm 51 Phelan Theft from Auto
SFCCPD officer Ramirez was sent to investigate a theft case. the victim told the officer that she parked her car in the parking lot and left her gym bag inside. When she returned she discovered that someone had broken her window and taken her gym bag. Report number 110220055

Officer Castillo was dispatched to a fire call. The SFFD was at a fire that, according to the fire Chief, there was nothing suspicious. The SFFD was attempting to make contact with the family. Report number 110222891
8:05 pm 3400 blk San Bruno Graffiti
Officers Apodaca and Gabriel were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. A witness told the officers that he saw 5two suspects walk up to his neighbor’s house and spray paint the side of the house. The suspects then fled. Report number 110220152

Officer Frisk was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that she has had painters, house cleaners and other people in her 0home. 0the victim told the officer that she discovered her watches were missing when she looked to wear it.
