The officers were able to stop the two that were working on gaining entry to the car. on the way back with the subjects ( they were only able to get a few feet Away from the car) the  officers noticed that not only was there a crowbar but also a wire hanger stuck in the car through the window. The officers ran a DMV check on the car and discovered that it had been reported stolen on Feb 24. The suspects told police that they were just trying to get into the car; little did they know that the parking lot there has video surveillance. The officer jumped into the patrol car and caught up to the suspect that was pushing a stroller with the stolen merchandise.  The suspect was apprehended with the stolen property from the car. The owner of the car was present but did not see the theft and was able to identify the property. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked at the station.
