10:18 am Mission/Excelsior Controlled Substance
Officers Bernard and Johnson were on patrol when they observed a car driven by them with tinted windows in violation with Ca vehicle code section 26708.8.5. The officers stopped the car and made contact with the driver. The officers asked the driver for his paperwork. When the driver opened the glove box the officers saw a prescription bottle filled with white pills and no prescription label. The officers asked the driver if the pills were his, and if so, did he have a prescription. The driver responded that they were indeed his, and that he got them because he was in a car accident and his doctor prescribed them. The driver then called his doctor to verify. After speaking to a nurse the officers were informed that indeed the driver had been prescribed the pills, and how many pills, 30. The officers could see that there were more than the 30 pills prescribed. In fact there were 80 pills! This is in violation of the CA Health and Safety code. The driver was placed under arrest and booked at Ingleside Station for the tinted windows and the pills. Report number 110172804

Officer Ng was sent to investigate a fraud case. The victims told the officers that they have been receiving harassing phone calls from a suspect that is trying to pull a scam. The victims told the officer that the suspect continues to call and telling them they have won a prize and that the only way to collect is to send the tax money ($50,000). The victim told the suspect he knew this was a scam and to stop trying to change his voice because the victim recognized him. The victim told the suspect that he had contacted the FEDS. The suspect became angry and told the victim that he was armed with an AK. The suspect hung up. Report number 110173824
2:00 am 300 blk 29th Street Burglary
Officers Lozano and Morse were sent to investigate a burglary. The victim told the officers that he had left his rent money in his bedroom. The victim also mentioned that he leaves his bedroom door unlocked, but closed. The rear door of the house is always kept unlocked. The victim told the officer that an ex-girlfriend is the only one that knows this information and may be bitter because he broke up with her. Report number 110174703
6:15 am 800 blk Jarboe Robbery
Police Services Aide Cato prepared a robbery report. The victim came to Ingleside station to report a robbery that occurred to him. The victim told the PSA that he was on his walking along when he noticed a blk SUV and two suspects step out as he was walking by it. The suspects told the victim that it was a robbery and to not be stupid. The suspects took the victim’s wallet and told him that they knew where he lived. The suspects got back into the SUV and fled the area. Report number 110174333
8:22 am 5400 blk Mission Vandalism
Officers Pai was sent to investigate a reported vandalism incident. The victim told the officer that the suspect came into his restaurant and after he was done walked up to the victim and told him that someone had stolen a bag and food from him. The suspect did not realize that there is surveillance equipment in the restaurant. The suspect became enraged when the victim told him that he did not see any of the allegations made by the suspect take place. The suspect threw displays to the ground and took 24 chocolate chip cookies. The damage to the property was close to $1000. Report number 110172440
3:00 pm Mission/San Juan Suspicious Person
Officer Thompson was sent to investigate a suspicious person at a bank. The officer arrived and located the subject. The officer followed the subject from the parking lot to the bank and out to the street. The officer stopped the subject and asked him what his business was with the bank. The suspect told the officer that he was there to open a savings account. The officer asked the subject for identification, the suspect had none. The officer asked to see the cash that the subject was going to deposit into the savings account. The subject had none. The suspect then told the officer that he asked about opening an account and when the bank manager became nervous about the subject having sunglasses and a hooded sweat top on in the bank and refused to provide service. The suspect told the officer that it was when he yelled at the manager and asked if was illegal for him to wear these items in the bank. Report number 110173755

Officers Padilla and Seavey were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officers that she parked her car last night with no damage. Today she discovered that an unknown suspect had damaged he car. No suspects were observed in this incident. Report number 110174656
5:00 pm 500 blk Portola Burglary
Sgt Miller received a call regarding a burglary. The Sgt spoke to the victim who said that an unknown suspect had broken in over the weekend. There was no loss, therefore CSI was not notified. There was a faint foot print. Entry was made via an open window. Report number 110172707
5:00 pm 400 blk Capistrano Harassing Phone calls
Police Services Aide Cato prepared a report regarding harassing phone calls. The victim told the PSA that she received a call where the suspect made nasty remarks and then hung up. The victim told the PSA that this was the first and only such call. no suspect information. Report number 110174236
8:00 pm 50 Phelan Battery
SFCCPD officer Bermudez was sent to investigate a battery report. the victim told the officer that she was doing her work in a room that she reserved and the suspect came in and threatened her. The victim left and the witness approached the suspect. the suspect became combative and threatened to hit the victim. The suspect did indeed hit the victim. Report number 110163825
