12:02 am 2500 blk Diamond Resisting Arrest
Officers Khan and Jones responded to a family fight call with Officers Gonzales, Kabanuck, Hermosura and Contreras. The officers met with a woman in the house who stated that her husband was intoxicated and belligerent. The officers located the man in the back yard of the home. When they contacted him he was belligerent with them and struck at the officers. He was taken into custody. He was taken to Ingleside Station where he was cited and released. A medic unit transported the man to an area hospital for treatment for an injury he caused to himself prior to the officers arrival. Report number 110126118
09:33 am 400 blk Holly Park Meth/Marijuana Offense
Officer Najarro with Officers Uang, Martinez and Morgante responded to a well being check. The caller has stated that a man was slumped over in the drivers seat of a vehicle that had been parked at this location overnight. The officers contacted the man who they found asleep in the vehicle. The officers asked the man to step out of the vehicle and when he did the officers saw several bags containing narcotics in plain view in the vehicle door handle. The officers took the suspect into custody and found that he was also in possession of narcotics paraphernalia. The officers verified with the vehicle owner that it had not been stolen and left it parked at the scene. The suspect was transported to Ingleside Station and booked. Report number 110126710
01:53 pm 1900 blk Sunnydale Warrant Arrest
Officers Obot and Johnson with Sgt Heidohrn responded to the address of a woman with a warrant for her arrest while working a Fugitive Recovery Enforcement Task Force operation. The officers found the woman home and took her into custody. She was taken to Ingleside Station where she was booked. Report number 110127815
01:57 pm 900 blk Ellsworth Evading Recklessly/Warrant
Officers Hopkins and Uang located a vehicle belonging to a wanted man parked in front of the subjects’ girlfriends’ home in public housing. The officers surveilled the location and saw the man was inside of the home when the front door was opened by the girlfriend. The officers called for additional assistance, and as the backup officers began to arrive, the suspect ran from the housing unit into his vehicle and fled the area while breaking many traffic laws. The suspect fled onto the freeway catching the attention of a CHP officer who gave chase and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The CHP officer lost sight of the suspect and the vehicle. Several moments later a Daly City motorcycle officer, Officer Lycett, spotted the suspect running and attempting to enter a moving vehicle on Delong at John Daly Blvd. The suspect was taken into custody by the Daly City officer at gunpoint. Taraval Station Officers Beauchamp and Leiva located the suspects’ vehicle on Ocean View Terrace. Officers Hopkins and Uang searched the vehicle prior to towing it for the investigation and located a bag of marijuana. The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station where he was later booked. 02:20 pm 400 blk Naples Warrant Arrest
Officers Hauscarriague, Chan and Almaguer were working a Fugitive Recovery Enforcement Task Force operation when they responded to the home of a man who had two warrants for his arrest. The officers covered the front and rear of the home prior to knocking on the door. Just after knocking on the door the man exited him home from the rear to avoid capture and found an officer had already thought of that. He was taken into custody and taken to Ingleside Station where he was booked. Report number 110127871
04:51 pm Unit blk Niagara Warrant Arrest
Officers Chan, Almaguer and Guzman teamed up to take another subject into custody for an outstanding warrant while working a FRET operation. The officers responded to the subjects’ home and found him walking down his front steps. The officers took him into custody without incident and booked him at Ingleside Station. 02:15 am 900 blk Ellsworth Battery
Officers Johnson and Bernard responded to a battery call. The officers spoke with the victim who stated that she was approached by a man she has known her whole life while she was walking through the public housing complex. She stated that the man demanded she pay a debt she owes to another man for narcotics. She stated that the suspect slapped her across the face knocking her down and kicked her on the back. She then ran away. The victim was upset that the suspect was talking to her about money she owes someone else. Report number 110126500
05:07 am Mt Vernon/Nahua Theft from Locked Vehicle
PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared an incident report for a woman who responded to Ingleside Station to report her vehicle had been broken into overnight. The victim stated that her Apple laptop computer had been stolen from her vehicle while it was parked, secured and unattended overnight. The suspect(s) had shattered the rear window of the vehicle to make entry. Report number 110126340
07:50 am Mission/Crescent Attempted Robbery w/Force
A young man responded to Ingleside Station and told PSA Heckenberg-
Tognozzi that he had been the victim of an attempted robbery in the morning. The victim stated that as he entered the rear of a Muni coach an African American male, about 17-19 years old, 5’11, 140 lbs, with a dark complexion, grabbed the headphones he was wearing off of his head. The victim grabbed the suspects arm and told the suspect to let go. The suspect punched the victim one time in the mouth knocking him to the ground. The suspect threw the headphones on the ground and with a second African American male about the same age, ran from the bus and were last seen running east on Crescent Street. The victim suffered a cut inside of his mouth, but cleaned up and went to school. The victim made the report at the station after attending class. Report number 110126613

A student reported to SFCCPD Officer Green that his backpack and other items were stolen from his locked gym locker in the mens’ locker room at the Wellness Center. The student returned from class to find his lock intact but apparently tampered with, and his belongings gone from his locker. Report number 110127677
03:00 pm 400 blk Ellington Trespassing/Vandalism
A woman reported to Officer Bernard that someone had entered her home she shares with her boyfriend and daughter and damaged her couch by cutting the fabric. The victim did not know who could have done the damage. There were no signs of forced entry into the home and no property was missing. Report number 110130802
06:00 pm 800 blk Shotwell Theft from Person
A woman responded to Ingleside Station and told PSA Flynn that someone had stolen her wallet from her purse while she was at work. The victim stated that she placed her purse containing the wallet into a cabinet where she and other employees store their belongings during work. None of the other employees reported any loss. The victim went home after work and found that one of her bank cards had been used to make several purchases. Report number 110128960

A vandalism victim responded to Ingleside Station and told PSA Flynn that someone had damaged his vehicle. The victim reported that the vehicle exterior had been scratched on both sides and the hood. Report number 110128750
07:15 pm 4600 blk Mission Theft from Building
Officer Yuen and Paras responded to a theft call at an electronics store. The officers met with the employee who stated that a Caucasian male adult, 28-30 years old, 5’10, 175 lbs, wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt and blue jeans, had entered the store and asked to see a laptop computer. The employee placed the computer on the counter and turned to answer the store telephone. The suspect then ran from the store with the computer and entered a red vehicle. The employee took down the license plate and provided the information to the officers. The officers searched for the suspect and the vehicle to no avail. Report number 110128722
10:14 pm 100 blk Elsie Att Stolen Auto
Officers Morse and Otaguro responded to an attempted auto theft call with Officers Gonzalez and Archilla. The officers met with the victim and her daughter. The daughter stated that she was talking with her mother outside of their home when the daughter saw the windshield wipers on her mothers’ vehicle begin to move. She told her mother what she saw and together they approached the vehicle. The women found an African American male adult, 20-25 years old, 5’11, 150 lbs wearing a black beanie cap, black derby style jacket, and dark colored jeans with a red stripe, seated in the drivers’ seat of the vehicle. The victim yelled at the suspect who stayed seated and yelled back at the women then finally exited the vehicle and walked away. There were no signs of forced entry on the vehicle and the ignition did not appear tampered. Report number 110131769
10:50 pm 3200 blk Mission Robbery, Street, w/Force
Officers Paras and Yuen were contacted by three men who stated that they had been attacked by three Hispanic males and that a Hispanic female was also with the attackers. The victims told the officers that they were seated on the sidewalk in front of a restaurant while smoking cigarettes. The three male suspects approached the victims and asked for a cigarette. The victims told the suspects no and the suspects then kicked the victims in the face. The three males and the female then fled south on Mission Street with one of the victims duffle bag containing mountain climbing gear. Other officers had two groups of possible suspects detained. The victims viewed the detained persons and were unable to identify them. Report number 110129441
11:03 pm 3300 blk Mission Aggravated Assault w/Knife
Officers Ferronato and Morse responded to a stabbing call. Other Ingleside officers responded as well and detained two groups a block apart who closely resembled the suspects’ description. Mission Station Officers Margreiter and Bernal were the first on the scene and called for an ambulance for one man who was unconscious and another who was bleeding profusely from the face and head. Two witnesses were also located. The detained subjects were viewed by one of the witnesses who could not identify them at the time. The victims were transported to the hospital immediately for treatment. The detained suspects were all released at the scene. Report number 110129372
