11:11 am Mission/Silver Battery
Officers Bernard and Johnson responded to a battery call with Officers Pai, Araujo, Najarro and Trujillo. The officers saw two SFMTA employees attempting to hold a male, who was struggling against them. The officers found that one of the SFMTA employees had been struck by the male subject while she was issuing him a citation for fare evasion. The victim placed the suspect under citizens’ arrest. The officers took custody of the suspect and then cited and released him for the battery. Report number 110124106
01:08 pm College/Mission Warrant Arrest/Receiving Stolen
Officers Toomey and Gamboa responded to a fight call with numerous other Ingleside officers. Prior to their arrival at the scene, Officers Bernard and Johnson had two young women detained who matched the suspect descriptions. The officers did not locate a victim and the 911 caller had left the scene. The officers ran computer checks of both suspects and found that one had two warrants for her arrest and she was listed as a missing person. The second suspect was found to have stolen property in her possession from a local store. Both were transported to Ingleside Station where they were interviewed by Station Investigation Team Sergeant O’Brien. One of the suspects was booked at JJC and the other was cited and released to her father at CARC. Report number 110124623
02:15 pm Hwy 101 s/b Bayshore Att Robbery/Resisting/Meth
Officers Phillips, Jones and Sgt O’Brien were in an unmarked police vehicle driving south on 101 when they observed a taxi being driven in an erratic way with the driver attempting to get other drivers attention. The officers followed the taxi and saw a figure slouched down in the rear of the vehicle. As the taxi exited the freeway at Cesar Chavez the officers saw the back door open and it appeared that someone was trying to get out while the vehicle was still in motion. The taxi finally stopped and the officers attempted to take the suspect into custody. The suspect ran from the officers and was chased by Officers Phillips. The suspect was finally stopped and taken into custody by a Lieutenant Del Carlo and Sergeant Do who heard the incident on the radio and responded to the area. The suspect was found to have methamphetamine in his possession. The victim stated that he believed he was being robbed by the suspect and was attempting to thwart the robbery with his actions. The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station where he was booked. Report number 110124601

Officers Antonian and Dudley were on uniformed patrol when they observed a man known to them with a warrant for his arrest. The officers detained the subject without incident and verified the warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station. Report number 110725253

A woman responded to Ingleside Station and told Officer Lee that someone, pretending to be her, had sent solicitous emails to several of her contacts. The woman showed Officer Lee that someone had somehow contacted people whom she knows and contacts via email requesting money to be sent to her in London, England. The victim stated she had never been to London and did not request any funds be sent to her by any of her contacts. She did not know how many people had been contacted in this fraudulent action. SFCCPD Officers McGlaston and Fiscal responded to a theft call. The victim told the officers that her purse was stolen from her locked locker in the women’s locker room at the Wellness Center while she was exercising. The victim also reported that her credit card was used twice by the suspect to make purchases at two different stores. No suspect description was provided or obtained. Report number 110124714
02:20 pm 1600 blk Sunnydale Vandalism to Vehicle
Officers Johnson and Obot were on patrol when they were flagged down by a man who stated that his vehicle had been damaged. The officers observed that all of the vehicle tires had been slashed, the vehicle leather seats had been cut and the vehicle exterior had been scratched. Stereo equipment had been stolen from the vehicle. The victim did not know who would do this to his property or why. Report number 110124811
04:07 pm 500 blk Oxford Burglary, Residence, Force
Officers Benavidez and Gomez responded to a burglary call and met with the victims. The victims told the officers that they left their home secure in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find it had been burglarized. The victims found that the suspect(s) had made entry to their home by breaking out a downstairs window on the back of the house and exited through the rear sliding door. The suspects stole a desktop computer, a flat screen television and jewelry from the home. Report number 110125035
05:00 pm 1000 blk Huron Attempted Fraud
Officer Thompson met with a man who stated that he was attempting to sell a computer printer on the internet and was contacted by someone who stated that they wished to purchase the printer. The victim received a check for over $2000 for a printer he was selling for $50.00. The check arrived with instruction for him to keep $200 and sent the rest to another party. The victim became suspicious and called for the police. The officer contacted the bank and found that the check was fraudulent. Report number 110127592
