12:06am Congdon/Alemany Stolen Vehicle
Older Hondas are one of the most popular vehicles for car
thieves. That was in the front of Ingleside officers Hardy and Scott minds as
they pulled up behind a 1986 Honda driving eastbound on Trumbull near Mission
Street. The officers ran a computer check which revealed the Honda was recently
stolen from an address in San Mateo County. The officers discreetly trailed the
stolen Honda while calling for backup. After a few blocks, and after being
joined by officers Calupad and Watts, Hardy and Scott pulled the Honda over at
College Avenue and Justin Drive. The male driver and his female passenger were
removed from the vehicle. The driver was arrested for auto theft and the
passenger was released. Report number:

Blk Plymouth Theft
A report of a car burglary suspect was the reason dispatch
sent Ingleside officers Suguitan and Seaborn to investigate. When the officer’s
arrived on scene, they found the victim detaining a woman suspect in the
victim’s driveway. The suspect was placed in handcuffs while the victim
explained what happened. He told the officers that he first passed the woman
suspect about a block away from his home as he walked down the street. The
suspect made an obscene gesture as she passed the victim. The victim turned
around and watched as the suspect walked down the street and then into the
victim’s driveway. The suspect then entered the victim’s car parked in the
driveway and started rustling through contents in the interior. The victim ran
back to his home and pulled the suspect from the car, placing her on the ground
until police arrived. The victim signed a citizen’s arrest form and the suspect
was cited for theft and released. Report number: 1507544406
2:32pm Geneva/Prague Narcotics
Ingleside officers Barajas and Alvarez were on routine patrol
when they spotted a “frequent flyer”, a man they had arrested several times
before, including twice in the past two months. The suspect was driving in the
lane next to the officers as both vehicles traveled eastbound on Geneva near
Prague. Barajas and Alvarez knew that the suspect had a lengthy criminal record
for narcotics sales and was on active probation with a search and seizure
condition. The officers pulled the suspect over and had him exit his vehicle to
be placed in custody. A search of his car turned up a significant quantity of
methamphetamine, cocaine, and several batches of prescription narcotics as
wells as marijuana. In the center armrest was a cell phone and a scale for weighing
narcotics. The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station and booked for possession
of Narcotics for sale and for an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Report

Blk Brookdale Firearm
A call of “shots fired” sent Ingleside officers Billings,
Wise, Glenn, Hardy, and DeFilippo to investigate. During a search the officers
failed to find any victims or suspects. However, the officers did find ten
.45cal shell casings and seven .9mm shell casings in the streets in the area.
Several residents of the area reported hearing the shots but no one saw the suspects
who fired the weapons. Report number: 150756010
