He told Ingleside officers Fulgado and De La Cruz that the suspect approached from behind and wrapped his arm around his neck, throwing him to the sidewalk. The suspect then reached into the victim’s jacket pocket with his other hand and removed the victim’s wallet. After taking approximately $80 in cash, the suspect fled southbound on Lisbon toward Russia Avenue. The victim refused medical attention. Fulgado and De La Cruz searched the area for the suspect without success. Report number: 1507512149:30pm 28th/Sanchez Aggravated AssaultAn unknown man walked up to a woman while she was walking down the street and struck her in the face with an object held in his right hand. The victim told Ingleside officers Hart and Thompson that she grabbed the suspect’s right arm with her left hand and then struck the suspect in the face with her right hand. The suspect then escaped running northbound on Sanchez Street.
