Arrests:9:45pm Maynard & Gladstone D.U.ISeveral loud crashes woke up neighbors who looked out their windows to see several damaged cars. The police were called and Ingleside Officers Young and Dedet were soon on scene. They found the driver of the first vehicle stumbling around with the strong odor of alcohol. The driver of another vehicle identified the suspect as the one who hit him as well as several parked cars. Young and Dedet asked the driver of the first car to take a field sobriety test. He refused. They asked him to take a breath alcohol test. Again, he refused. The officers obtained a search warrant from a judge who granted their request. The suspect was taken to Mission Station where a phlebotomist drew samples for later testing. The suspect then was taken to the county jail and booked for driving under the influence. Report number: 170396840Serious Incidents:3:20am 1500 Blk. Guerrero RobberyTwo men and a woman, sitting on the front steps of a home, and waiting for an Uber ride, were robbed. The victim’s said three men walked up and demanded their property. One of the victims stood up to the suspects. But, that defiance didn’t stop the robbery. One of the suspects swung at one of the victims and hit her in the chest. The suspects then took a shoulder bag from one victim and ran to a waiting car which sped away north on Guerrero. The loss was a wallet, keys, debit card, and cash.
