The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held in the Ingleside Police Station Community room on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 7p.m.  There will be light refreshments available to those who come to the meeting.  All are welcome to attend.

Arrests:

6:15pm                       4100 Blk. Mission            Recovered Vehicle

A man getting gas noticed several men at a gas pump behind him attempting to start their late model Infiniti SUV by manipulating wires under the dashboard. He surmised the Infinity may be stolen. He called 911 and then moved his car in front and activated his car alarm. Within a minute Ingleside officers Duncga, Calupad, and several other units arrived on scene. Seeing the officers, the driver and several passengers jumped out of the Infinity and scattered in different directions. Fortunately, the driver was quickly apprehended after a short chase by Ingleside Sgt. Ueber. Other officers captured most of the passengers hiding in the surrounding neighborhood. But one suspect was captured and held by the customer who called police. The officers found the customer holding the suspect on the floor of the gas station’s store. The vehicle was reported stolen by the San Jose Police Department. Report number: 170261469
