Arrests:

6:41am       900 Blk. Huron                        Robbery
A citizen exited his home to move his car parked out in front. He told Ingleside Officers Cubas, DeBellis, and Sgt. Springer that he found an unknown suspect sitting in the driver’s seat of his car. The car owner yelled, “Get out of my car!” The suspect then held up a metal stick and demanded money. The victim went back inside and called police. When he came back outside the suspect was gone and so was a camera and other objects from his vehicle. The officers took a report and then went looking for the suspect who they found sitting on the steps of a home on the unit block of Lawrence Street. He told the officers that he was on probation and had just been released from jail two days ago. In one of his pockets was a baggie of methamphetamine. The robbery victim identified other items in his possession that were stolen from his car. The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station and booked for robbery and possession of stolen property. Report number: 170164863

3:45pm       400 Blk. Detroit                       Warrant Arrest
A report of a citizen shooting at birds with a BB gun prompted neighbors to call police. Ingleside Officers Mora, Sgt. Ueber, and several other units responded to the scene and found the man in his home. He told the officers that he was using a BB gun to shoot at a bottle in his backyard and not at birds. A computer check revealed the suspect had three outstanding warrants from Solano County for narcotics, driving with a suspended license and other vehicle code violations, along with another case where he illegally used a BB gun. He was transported to Ingleside Station and booked for the warrants and other charges. Report number: 170166295

Serious Incidents:

11:50pm     Jarboe & Banks                      Robbery w/gun
Three men walking down the street were suddenly approached by a suspect holding a gun. The victims told Ingleside Officers Dilag and Hermosura the suspect was wearing a hooded jacket and wearing a mask covering part of his face. He ordered the victims to get on the ground and surrender cell phones, wallets, “whatever you have”. The victims didn’t obey his commands and, instead, remained standing. One of the victims, correctly fearing for his life, surrendered his cell phone. The second victim offered groceries he was carrying, which the suspect declined. The suspect then started searching through the third victim’s pockets prompting the man to say, “No, don’t touch me”.  A second suspect, waiting in a vehicle nearby, called out to the first suspect who then ran to the vehicle which sped away.
