11:49am 1500 Blk. Geneva Marijuana
Cultivation
Ingleside Officers Hornstein and Neuerburg were on patrol when
they stopped to help SFFD firefighters direct traffic at the scene of a blaze
inside an apartment. An SFFD battalion chief notified the officers that
firefighters had found multiple marijuana plants inside the apartment were the
fire took place. The fire was caused by a pair of jeans next to a furnace. A
PG&E worker arrived and said there was an illegal electrical breaker in the
apartment, but it was not the cause of the blaze. A search warrant was obtained
and the marijuana plants were seized. A resident of the apartment arrived and
was brought back to Ingleside Station for further questioning. Report number:
