Arrests:

3:44am       Unit Blk of Day                              Burglary
A woman leaving her home noticed her neighbor’s garage door open and a strange man in the garage, with a flashlight, looking around at the contents. When she asked “who’s in there?”, he quickly fled on a bicycle. She called police and Ingleside Officers Zhao, Ragusa, Young, and Wong were dispatched to search the area for the suspect. The officers quickly found the man hiding between cars on Powers Street. In his possession were items stolen from the garage, burglary tools to break into the garage, along with narcotics paraphernalia.  He was arrested and transported to Ingleside Station for booking.
