Ingleside Officers Vong, Langley, and several other units responded and found the victim bleeding heavily from the head and neck. An ambulance arrived and took the victim to San Francisco General, while the officers interviewed witnesses. A short time later, Ingleside Officers D. Williams, Naser, and R. Williams arrested the suspect at Duncan and Mission and recovered the weapon, a large bloody knife. Witnesses told the officers that the suspect and victim got into an argument before the suspect took out the knife and attacked the victim. The suspect then stood up, waved the knife at restaurant patrons, before exiting the facility. At the hospital, medical personnel treated the victim who suffered five stab wounds to his head, one to his shoulder, and one to his neck. He remains in the hospital in stable condition. The suspect was transferred to jail and booked for several felonies.
