Prowl Burglary
A woman moving into a new bottom unit apartment noticed
another woman hanging outside the residence watching the new tenant moving
items from a vehicle to her new residence. The tenant asked the woman if she
needed any help and the woman said “no” and said that she needed to go upstairs
and pick up items in the top apartment. The suspicious woman went upstairs and
then came down with several electronic items. The tenant and the woman
struggled for a short time before an upstairs tenant came downstairs and helped
subdued the burglar. Ingleside Officer Dominguez, Chew, Chang, Glenn, Labson,
Barranti, Cvetovac, and Gill arrived and placed the suspect in custody. A
computer check revealed that she had four outstanding warrants for her arrest

Robbery
A barefoot woman walked into the Goodwill store and decided to
pick up a new pair of boots without paying. She picked up her size and then
started walking out of the store only to be confronted by a store employee. The
employee managed to wrestle one of the boots away from the woman, but not
before the woman spit in the employees face. However, the woman was undeterred
and walked back into the store, set down the one stolen boot, picked up a pair
of shoes along with a jacket, and again tried to leave the store. The same
employee blocked the store and the suspect gave up the stolen merchandise but
not before there was a tussle and the suspect, now joined by a compatriot,
knocked over several displays. Both suspects fled south on Mission Street.

8:44pm 300 Blk London Robbery
A man walking Eastbound on London Street with his scooter was
confronted by two suspects he knew. One asked him “what was going on” while the
other suspect stood behind him. The victim told Ingleside Officers Wells and Smith
that one of the suspects picked up his scooter and swung it at him several
times. The victim was hit on the arm and lost a cellphone during the assault.
Both suspects then escaped with the scooter and cellphone running south on
