9:56am 1000 Blk Munich Fraudulent
ATM Card
An alert neighbor called police about suspicious people inside
a parked gold colored SUV. Ingleside Officer Barranti and Sgt. Kumli responded
and found the parked vehicle with three men inside. The officers also noticed a
cloud of marijuana smoke coming from the vehicle. Inside were several garbage
bags in the back of the SUV. The officers opened the left rear door and
immediately debit and credit cards fell to the ground. None of the three men
had identification on them but a check of their names revealed several
outstanding warrants out on each of them for theft and other crimes. The credit
and debit cards did not belong to the occupants. A search of the interior of
the vehicle turned up three pipes used to smoke methamphetamine and other
drugs. A backpack was found with
numerous stolen credit and debit cards, checkbooks,
a laptop and other items as well as Fraudulent debit and credit cards with the
name of two of the vehicle’s occupants. Those two occupants were taken to
Ingleside Station and booked for various crimes and warrants. The third
occupants was cited for possession of narcotics and released. Report number:

7:14pm 5200 Blk Diamond
Heights Sex Offender
Ingleside Officers Archilla and Fabela were dispatched to
Christopher Park to investigate a report of a man exposing himself. The
officers found the man in the park and arrested him. A computer check revealed
that he was on probation out of Modesto and was a registered sex offender who
had failed to register in San Francisco. A search of his clothing turned up a
quantity of methamphetamine and a pipe to smoke the narcotic. He was taken to
Ingleside Station and booked for the crimes and warrant. Report number:

Serious Incidents:
2:00pm 300 Blk Highland Robbery
A man walking down the street was accosted by a suspect who
stole his wallet. The victim told Ingleside Officers Zasly and Ocreto that he
was walking down Highland Street, near Holly Circle, when a man approached from
behind and struck him in the head forcing him to lose consciousness and fall to
the ground. When he awoke his wallet was missing. He was taken to San Francisco
General Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Report number: 160268914
3:19pm Madrid/Geneva Robbery w/gun
A student walking home from City College was approached by an
unknown man who asked the student if he had “time to hang out”. The victim
didn’t reply and kept walking until the suspect took out a handgun and put it
against his body saying, “give me all your stuff”. The victim surrendered a
back pack containing school supplies, wallet, driver’s license, and other
items. The suspect then escaped southbound on Madrid Street and then westbound
