Heights Burglary
A woman returned to her car in a parking lot and discovered a window
broken on her car. Her purse was missing. A few minutes before, a couple driving
down Diamond Heights Boulevard saw a man break into the victim’s car and steal
her purse. The witnesses stopped their car and chased the suspect down Diamond
Heights Blvd. and came upon Ingleside Officer Chang who along with Officers
Hauscarriague and Baldovino found the suspect inside an address on the 300
block of Arbor Street. The suspect was arrested for vehicle burglary. The purse

2:21pm 4700 Blk Mission Possession
of Marijuana
Ingleside Officer Barranti and Sgt. Kumli were on routine
patrol on Mission Street when they spotted a car double parked on Mission
facing the opposite direction. There were two men leaning in the passenger
window talking to the occupants. Kumli and Barranti turned around and stopped
behind the car and smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Inside
they found a large bag of marijuana. One suspect was arrested for transporting
marijuana for sale. Report number: 160274745
