The officers radioed for assistance as they followed the Honda onto northbound #280 and then off the freeway at Alemany Blvd where Hackard, Hawkins, and several other Ingleside officers performed a felony stop. Inside the stolen vehicle they found a woman familiar with the San Francisco court system. She had a suspended license and was out on bail for a pending charge of receiving stolen property. She had a long history of arrests for narcotics, burglary, possession of stolen property, and theft. In the car the officers found a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine, along with a shaved key used to steal the vehicle. She was transported to Ingleside Station and booked on a variety of charges. Report number: 16023333711:11pm 3500 Blk Mission Possession of Stolen PropertyA theft victim got a lucky break when the hungry thief decided to order a pizza. The saga began when the victim hailed a passing police car and told Ingleside Officers Sandoval and McMilton that someone stole his wallet out of his car. The victim said he checked his online bank and discovered that one of his stolen credit cards was used at a nearby pizza parlor. The victim went to the restaurant where a clerk said a man using his card had ordered a pizza and was due to pick it up soon. The victim went outside and hailed Sandoval and McMilton. While the officers were taking a report they noticed a man, matching the description of the thief, walking up the street towards the pizza parlor. When the thief saw the officers he tried to unsuccessfully change directions. The officers stopped the suspect and found the victim’s wallet and credit cards in one of his pockets.
