Ynez/Ostego D.U.I
A woman looked out her window and saw a parked car blocking
her husband’s truck right in front of their driveway. She called police and
Ingleside Officers Barranti, Glenn, Curry, and Labson arrived and found the
driver asleep inside of his parked car. He had the strong odor of alcohol on
his breath. He declined a request to take a roadside sobriety test and asked
for an attorney. He did consent to a blood alcohol test and was taken to
Mission Station for the draw by a phlebotomist. After the test he was taken to
the County Jail and booked for having operated a vehicle while under the
influence of alcohol. Report number: 160229568
