11:38am 3300 Blk Mission Counterfeit
Money
A store clerk told Ingleside Officers Hopkins and Pacchetti
that a customer paid for items with two $100 bills that “felt silky and looked
old”. The clerk called his manager who called police. The officers interviewed
the customer who told them that he paid for the items with legitimate $100
bills after the clerk told him that the first bills he gave him were
counterfeit. The customer claimed he got the bills from a pawn shop after
selling several items. A search of the suspect’s clothing revealed a quantity
of heroin and methamphetamine. He was taken to Ingleside Station and booked on
several charges.

10:44am 600 Blk Portola Robbery
A man walked into a local business and reached around to his
back waistband producing a silver revolver. He told the clerk to fill a plastic
bag with all the money which she did before he ran away. Ingleside Officers
Wong, Chang and other units responded and searched the surrounding area for the
suspect without success. The Ingleside Station Investigative Team has been
