Serious Incidents:

12:40pm     Geneva & Prague                   Agg. Assault
Ingleside officers Leong and Imsand were dispatched to San Francisco General Hospital to interview a stabbing victim who was attacked near Crocker-Amazon Park. When they arrived at the hospital they were met by two Daly City officers who had originally responded to the crime when the victim was transported by a friend to Kaiser Hospital in South San Francisco. The friend told the officers that he mistakenly thought the attack had occurred in Daly City when it actually had occurred in San Francisco. The victim was in surgery fighting for his life at San Francisco General Hospital. But before he was taken to SFGH from Kaiser, he had told the Daly City officers about the attack. He related that he was walking westbound on Geneva near the Crocker Amazon Park when he was set upon by four unknown men. During the assault he managed to escape his attackers and flee down Geneva near the Cow Palace. It was there he realized that he had been stabbed. He called a friend who drove him to Kaiser Hospital. The emergency personnel stabilized him but were unable to treat him so he was transported by ambulance to San Francisco General. Report number: 150310274
