Blk Brookdale Shots fired
A man watching television inside his living room suddenly
heard several shots being fired from outside his residence. He told Officers
Trail and Hopkins that he had to dive for cover in fear that he might get hit
by a stray bullet. While ducking for cover the victim said he heard glass
breaking inside his kitchen. After it was safe, the victim went into his
kitchen and saw that two of his kitchen windows had been shot out by two stray
bullets. The officers were able to retrieve bullet fragments from inside the
residence and searched the surrounding area. Outside the officers found several
spent casings on a dirt path. All evidence was collected. The resident was safe
