While gathering information for the police report they noticed a Grey Honda Civic cross the flare pattern and continue to drive towards them. Fearing the vehicle was going to cause another accident, the officers tried to verbally alert the driver by yelling at him and waving their flash lights at him to get his attention. Luckily, the driver stopped in time but would not move. The officer went over to talk with him and noticed an open can of Budweiser beer in the center console and an unopened 12 pack of beer on the passenger floor board. He told the officers that he had a few beers earlier in the day. The driver performed a variety of Field Sobriety Tests and failed them all.
