7:10pm Delta/Harkness Robbery
A victim walking home was robbed of his personal belongings.
Officers Imsand and Shugars were dispatched to the call and spoke with victim,
who said he was on his way home when he was robbed while on Delta Street. While
walking, an unknown suspect suddenly approached him from behind and used his
left arm to grab the victim around his neck. The suspect then held a hard
object against the right side of his head, which the victim believed to be a
gun. The suspect then ordered the victim to drop the bag that he was carrying.
Fearing for his safety, the victim did just that. The suspect then had his
accomplice look through the bag while a third suspect kept a look out. After
taking the victim’s Apple IPhone and a pair of shoes the three suspect fled
