4:30pm Ocean/Cayuga Robbery
Two fourteen year old young men were robbed at knife point
while riding a MUNI bus. The victims, along with one of their parents, walked into
Ingleside Station and told Officer Kerlegan that a short time before, they boarded and were
riding near the back door of an outbound #49 MUNI bus from on Mission and Ocean Avenue when a
man approached them, showed a knife, and demanded all their money. The victim’s
handed over a combined $67 and the suspect got off the bus at Ocean and Cayuga and escaped toward
Mission Street. The two young men were not hurt in the incident. Report number: 150114979
