Burglary
A woman called police after hearing a loud “Bang” noise. She
feared that a burglar was in her home, so she ran outside to wait for police to
arrive. Ingleside Officers Archilla and Espinosa responded and searched the
home but did not find any suspects. They did find that a burglar removed the
outer screen of a bathroom window and took hair products, from the window sill,
and placed them outside the window. However, the residents told the officers
they did not find any items missing from the premises. Report number: 150143451
1:25pm Diamond/Chenery Robbery
A man removing cash from an ATM was robbed of his funds. The
victim told Ingleside Officers Leong, Siracusa, Cahill, and Campos that while
at the ATM, and after he entered the “PIN” number for his account, a man
standing at an adjacent ATM, pushed him aside and started removing cash from
his account. The thief stole $400 from the victim’s account before walking away
on Chenery Street. The victim followed the suspect for a short distance while
dialing the police. He lost site of the suspect at Castro and Market.
Investigators are reviewing Bank and other video to learn the identity of the
