noticed a vehicle, with one working headlight, squeal away from the stoplight
in the opposite direction. The officers turned around and followed the vehicle
asking dispatch to run the license plate of the car. It turned out to be stolen
and Noble and Williams, with the help of other Ingleside officers, pulled over
the vehicle and arrested it’s 18 year old driver. The unlicensed 18 year old

Blk Mission Stolen Vehicle
Eagle eyed Ingleside Officer Padilla was patrolling with his
partner, Officer Barajas, when he spotted a man he arrested before for auto
theft standing next to a white Acura at a gas station. The officers turned
around and pulled into the gas station and found the Acura, with its doors
open, but no suspect. He was located a short distance away in a parking lot on
San Jose Avenue. In his pockets were shaved keys used to break into and steal
vehicles. The Acura at the gas station was reported stolen earlier that day
from a location in Daly City. In the back of the stolen Acura were clothing, a
checkbook, tax documents, and other items taken in burglary of a home on
Capistrano Avenue (see case below) earlier that day. The suspect was taken to
Ingleside Station and booked for car theft. He was out on bail for four open
criminal cases, two for car theft, one for theft, and one for robbery. Report

Blk Capistrano Hot Prowl Burglary
A homeowner called police to report that burglars took a
checkbook, tax papers, bottles of wine, and other important items from his home
while he and his nephew were asleep in the home. The victim told the officers
that he didn’t hear anything unusual and was unaware of the burglary until he
went downstairs and found the items missing from his office. The officers and
the victim suspect that the burglars used a garage door opener to break into
his home. The device was stolen from his car the previous evening when burglars
broke into his auto parked in front of his home. Report number: 150140924
