A parked vehicle facing the wrong way on the sidewalk caught the attention of Ingleside Officers Cahill and Campos. The officers approached the car and found that, in addition to being parked illegally, it had also collided with a fence. Cahill and Campos found the owner crouched at the front of the car attempting to attach a tow rope to the vehicle. The officers also noticed the unmistaken smell of unburned marijuana coming from inside the car. When the owner stood up the officers noticed two knives in his belt. After a search of his clothing they also discovered two additional knives in his pants pockets. A search of the illegally parked vehicle turned up a significant quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana bundled for sale along with approximately $800 in cash. The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station and booked on various narcotics charges. Report number: 15009636

9:30pm       Mission/Richland                             Robbery
A man walked into Ingleside Station to report a robbery. The victim told Ingleside Officer Jackson that a short time before he was at a liquor store and had withdrawn $300 from an ATM in the store. When he walked out of the store he was approached by three men one of whom punched in the face and demanded his cash.  The victim surrendered his money and the robbers ran away eastbound on Richland Street. A mother asleep in her home with her young sons was awakened by the sound of a large crash. A moment later her bedroom door opened and a robber holding a flashlight shining it into the room. The woman pretended to be asleep and the robber closed the door. The woman dialed her husband on her cell phone, but the robbers heard her voice and came back to the bedroom, took the phone, and asked her where she was hiding her money and other valuables. They threatened to harm her children if she failed to comply with her demands. The robbers took close to $2000 dollars, a gold chain, cell phones, and other items before escaping out the front door.  Report number: 150021471
