Arrests:

2:06PM   300 Blk Woodside           Warrant Arrest

Sgt. Lozada, Officer Yuen, and Officer Archilla were dispatched to the 300 Block of Woodside Avenue, along with other officers, who were arresting a suspect wanted for outstanding warrants. While talking to the suspect on the sidewalk, another individual, observing the arrest, began yelling profanities at the officers. He was told to move away but didn’t and then spit at one of the police officers. Officer Archilla then told the suspect he was under arrest. The suspect resisted being handcuffed and Sgt. Ly joined officer Archilla taking the subject into custody. He was later booked for spitting at the officer and resisting arrest. Report Number: 130046712


3:00PM    24TH /Mission                 Burglary/Battery

Sgt. Alvarez and officers Campos and Johnson were patrolling the area near 24th and Mission Street when they observed a suspect, whom they recognized, as being wanted for a battery and burglary. They arrested the woman without incident and took her back to Ingleside for questioning. During that interview, the suspect, who is homeless, admitted to stealing food from several local restaurants in the Ingleside District. Report Number:120938367


4:58PM  Unit Blk Tucker               Possession of Stolen Property

Officer Hurwitz and Fung, while on routine patrol, drove past a known address that had many previous arrests for narcotics activity. Both officers noticed a stolen motor scooter, with its lights on, in front of that address. Soon thereafter, a male subject left the home and jumped on the scooter. However, before starting the vehicle, he noticed the Officers and quickly ran back into his home. Officer Fung and Hurwitz chased the suspect and arrested him in the backyard of the residence. The suspect was on felony probation from San Mateo County and also had a felony warrant also from San Mateo County. The suspect was transported to Ingleside station and charged with several crimes. 12:50 PM   2800 Blk Diamond      Terrorist Threats

Officer Thompson and Altamarino were dispatched to a business in the 2800 Block of Diamond Street after the shop owner said he was threatened by a customer. The shop owner told the officers that a customer who had been banned from the business came into his shop and said he would shoot him after he got off work. The victim said other shop owners in the area had also been threatened by the suspect. The two officers searched the area for the suspect but were unsuccessful. Report Number:130046665
