Arrests:

3:49PM   Unit Blk  Raymond         Robbery

Officer Gonzalez was on routine patrol when he responded to a report of a robbery. On arrival, two victims told Officer Gonzalez that they were pushed, sprayed with a can of mace, and then robbed of their cell phones by four suspects who then ran away. The officers recorded the details of the robbery and, while transporting the victims’ home, Officer Gonzalez and other Ingleside units spotted suspicious individuals on a nearby corner. At that time, one of the robbery victims in the patrol car said, “That’s the girl that pointed the can of mace at me”. Officers detained the suspects one of whom had outstanding warrants for her arrest. After questioning, all four suspects were booked for robbery. Officers also recovered two IPhones, not related to this robbery, at the scene of the arrest. One of the robbery victims suffered minor injuries during the robbery. Report Number: 130044114

Officers Park and Fung were on patrol when they were dispatched to a robbery involving several victims inside John Mclaren Park. The victims told officers they were sitting near the observation tower in the park when four suspects walked up to them and demanded their cell phones and wallets. One victim was grabbed by her hair and sweatshirt but was not seriously injured during the robbery. All suspects escaped and were not found despite a concentrated search by Ingleside officers. The suspects got away taking with them the victims’ phones, wallets, a digital camera and a MP3 player. Report Number: 130043558
