1:01am Moscow/Persia Unlicensed Driver
Officers Seavey and Padilla were on patrol when they observed a vehicle driving recklessly and almost collide with another vehicle. They effected a traffic stop and identified the occupants. Both occupants admitted that they were on active probation and a computer check confirmed this. The computer check also revealed that the driver of the vehicle was driving on an expired license. The vehicle was a U-Haul rental so the company was called and informed the renter would request a private tow so that the company knew where their truck was. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and then issued a citation for driving without a license. Report Number 130000235
6:07pm 3100 Blk Mission Resisting
Officer Hurwitz responded to a fight at a bar involving two intoxicated males. She was able to detain the suspect who the reportee pointed out as fighting with everyone in the bar and causing a nuisance. The individual was taken into custody as he was extremely intoxicated and Officer Hurwitz felt he was unable to care for himself. An arrest search located a razor blade knife on his belt and some green leafy substance which the officer recognized as marijuana. There were no injured witnesses or victims and the suspect was booked for public intoxication and drugs.

5:30am Mission/Richland Robbery
Officer Anderson along with Officers Seavey and Padilla responded to the 100 block of College Avenue regarding a robbery. They spoke with the victim who said she was walking South on Mission Street while carrying her baby in her left arm. She said as she walked, she was also texting from her cell phone. Suddenly, a suspect appeared in front of her and asked for the time. The victim looked down at her cell phone and without warning was struck in the right eye with a closed fist. The suspect then grabbed her phone and quickly jumped into the passenger side of a Black Lexus SUV that was waiting close by. The victim then walked back to her residence and had her husband call for the police. The victim had a swollen right eye but refused any medical treatment. The baby was not injured in the whole ordeal. Report Number 130000859.
7:00pm 2100 Blk San Jose Robbery
A victim walked into Ingleside Station and said she had been robbed earlier in the day. The victim told Police Service Aide Flynn that she was on the East side of San Jose Avenue walking North headed towards Ocean Avenue. While she was on the 2100 Block of San Jose Avenue, Two suspects approached her and surrounded her. They then knocked her to the ground and punched her. The suspects then grabbed the purse she was carrying, but the victim struggled in an attempt to hold onto her purse. The suspects overpowered her, taking the purse, and got into a Black four door sedan. The incident happened so fast that she was unable to get the license plate of the vehicle.
