1:01am       Moscow/Persia                 Unlicensed Driver
Officers Seavey and Padilla were on patrol when they observed a vehicle driving recklessly and almost collide with another vehicle.  They effected a traffic stop and identified the occupants.  Both occupants admitted that they were on active probation and a computer check confirmed this.  The computer check also revealed that the driver of the vehicle was driving on an expired license.  The vehicle was a U-Haul rental so the company was called and informed the renter would request a private tow so that the company knew where their truck was.  The driver of the vehicle was arrested and then issued a citation for driving without a license.  Report Number 130000235

6:07pm       3100 Blk Mission                  Resisting
Officer Hurwitz responded to a fight at a bar involving two intoxicated males.  She was able to detain the suspect who the reportee pointed out as fighting with everyone in the bar and causing a nuisance.  The individual was taken into custody as he was extremely intoxicated and Officer Hurwitz felt he was unable to care for himself.  An arrest search located a razor blade knife on his belt and some green leafy substance which the officer recognized as marijuana.  There were no injured witnesses or victims and the suspect was booked for public intoxication and drugs.
