Arrests:
10:20pm 200 Blk Paris Threats Arrest
Officer Apodaca was sent to investigate a noise complaint on the 200 block of Paris Street. The officer spoke with the upstairs tenant/victim who stated that the other tenant, living in the downstairs residence, was playing music at an unreasonable level earlier in the day. The victim stated that the music appeared to have ceased prior to the officer’s arrival, but requested they be advised regarding the situation. Officer Apodaca made his way to the downstairs residence and made contact with the female resident advising her of the noise complaint. The female resident acknowledged the officer after being advised of the complaint. After the officer left, the victim said that the male resident came out of the downstairs residence and began yelling obscenities at him while standing out in the street. This same suspect did this numerous times, where at one time he was yelling, “I’ll kill you”. The victim began recording the suspect as he continued yelling obscenities and called for the police again. Officer Apodaca responded back out, and while speaking with the victim, he himself heard the male suspect walk out of his residence and began yelling. Hearing this, Officer Apodaca went downstairs and confronted the suspect. Officer Apodaca placed the suspect under arrest and booked him for the threats made towards the victim. Suspect #1: White male, with medium build, 20-30yrs old, wearing a Black “SF Giants” cap over Gray knit cap, dark hooded jacket, light Blue jeans and Gray shoes.
Suspect #2: White male, 20-30yrs old, wearing Gray hoodie, Black T-shirt, Blue jeans and Blue back pack.
Suspect #3: White male, large build, 20-30yrs old, wearing a Black knit cap, Gray hooded sweatshirt, White T-shirt, Blue jeans and dark shoes.
Suspect #4: White male, with long shoulder length Black hair, 20-30yrs old, wearing baggy hooded jacket with “Los Angeles” on back and “Raiders” on hood.
