2:00am Unit blk Mission Resisting
Officers Seavey and Padilla were on duty when they saw two young male subjects grabbing the front gates that stores use to cover their businesses. The officers deemed this suspicious behavior and proceeded to follow them. The officers decided to approach the males and talk to them. One of the males began to run almost immediately and Officer Seavey chased after and caught up to him. The officers checked the two for identification, but only one of the males was able to provide such. Officers then checked the system for any way to identify the other man, with only his name, and could not find any identification. The officers released one of the men and transported the other suspect to Ingleside Station to verify his identification. Various attempts were made to identify the suspect but they were unsuccessful. He was booked at Ingleside station for processing. Report number 120918228

Officer Ocreto and Quintero responded to the call of a battery. Prior to their arrival, Officers Fung and Sugitan arrived and separated all involved parties. When Officers Ocreto and Quintero arrived, they interviewed the reportee. She stated that two women came into her garage and started fighting right in front of her. They ended up wrestling on the ground before one of them got up and ran to her car. The other woman grabbed a baseball bat and pursued them, catching up to their car and hitting the car three times. The officers interviewed one of the subjects who said that she and the other subject had been verbally fighting over the rent payments. Officer Ocreto cited two of the subjects for misdemeanor battery. The main aggressor was booked at the county jail for battery and vandalism. Report number 12090336
7:47pm 300blk Italy Warrant
Officer Burke was on patrol with Officers Johnson, Campos, and Alvarez when they spotted a vehicle make an unsafe turn. The officers followed the car and affected a traffic stop. A record check revealed that the driver had a suspended/revoked license and an outstanding warrant. The officers took the suspect into custody and booked him at Ingleside station. 7:53pm Unit blk Ottawa Robbery
Officers Shugars and Paras were dispatched to the call of a strong arm robbery. The officers met with the victim who stated that he was walking down the street when he pulled out his phone and was approached by an unknown suspect. The victim said that the suspect punched him in the nose and then proceeded to steal his phone. The victim said that he would not be able to identify the suspect should he see him again. The victim was given a Victim of Crime card and a Marsy’s Resource Card. He was not injured and refused medical assistance. Report number 120920671
8:46pm Unit blk Geneva Robbery
A victim came to Ingleside station claiming that she had been robbed. She was walking on Geneva holding onto her phone in her right hand when an unknown male approached her from behind, grabbed her phone with his right hand and pulled it forcibly out of her hand. The suspect then fled eastbound on Geneva. She said that she was not hurt and refused any medical treatment. The victim stated that she would not be able to identify the suspect again. Officer Flynn gave the victim a Victim of Crime card and a Marsy’s Resource Card. Report number 12090897
