Arrests:

12:20am     4900 blk Mission    Warrant Arrest
Officers McMilton and Peregrina were on patrol when they observed a vehicle driving very slowly when suddenly a woman jumped out in traffic. The officers immediately conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle. Officer McMilton immediately went to check the condition of the person who jumped out. The woman was not injured so the officers turned their focus to investigating what happened. After identifying both driver and jumper, the officers questioned the both subjects. The officers learned that the two were arguing with one another when the passenger decided to jump out of the argument. Officer Peregrina conducted a computer check and found that the driver had an outstanding warrant for burglary. The driver was arrested, transported and booked at Ingleside Station. 2:45am       Geneva                 Warrant Arrest
Officers Almaguer and Barajas were patrolling in a marked patrol vehicle when they saw a car illegally parked on the sidewalk with four subjects inside. The officers approached the vehicle and identified all the occupants. After conducting computer checks on the occupants, one of them had a warrant for stolen property. The suspect was arrested and transported to Ingleside Station where he was booked on the warrant. The driver was advised regarding parking on the sidewalk and no citation was issued. 1:10pm       300 blk Nevada   Dog Bite
Officer Morgante responded to a report of a dog bite. A U.S. Postal Carrier was delivering mail when a dog rushed out of a garage and bit him on his right arm. The victim had prior knowledge that this house had a dog and is cautious when delivering mail there. The victim told the officers that he announced himself by yelling to someone in the garage by saying that he didn’t want to come in because of the dog. After being bit, the owners of the dog gained control of the dog. The victim suffered a large bite wound on his right arm that bled.  SFFD Paramedics arrived on scene and treated the victim for his wound. The owners of the dog confirmed that the vaccinations were current. The officers cited the dog owner. Report number 120613177
   

Other Incidents:

7:45am       300 blk Chenery          Burglary
Officer Castillo responded to investigate a burglary incident. A home occupied by several tenants was burglarized and multiple valuable items were stolen. The victims told Officer Castillo that they were all out when the incident occurred. By the time they got back home, they noticed that the door was broken and the garage door was open. Multiple laptops, a television, a gaming console, and multiple games were stolen from their bedrooms and the living room. The officer took photos of the scene and booked them as evidence to Ingleside Station. Report number 120614147

11:20am     San Bruno/Teddy         Robbery
Officers Larocca and Muro were dispatched to the area regarding a robbery. The victim told officers that while waiting for the bus to arrive she was holding her cell phone in her hand. Suddenly a suspect grabbed the victim from behind and a struggled with the victim as he grabbed the phone. Once the suspect had the phone he pushed the victim down to the ground and fled the scene. The victim suffered a small scratch on her nose.  Ingleside SIT was also notified of the robbery. Report number 120612834


8:05pm       Mission/Persia     Assault/Hit and Run
Officers Pereira and Cassinelli were dispatched to investigate a hit and run accident. A motorist was riding his motorcycle when suddenly he was hit from behind and thrown off the motorcycle. The victim tumbled down the street and the motorcycle slid underneath a parked truck. The car that hit struck the victim sped off but not before that victim got the license number. The victim told officers that he believed this was not an accident but done intentionally. SFFD Paramedics were called but the victim refused medical treatment. Sergeant Sawyer of Ingleside SIT Unit was notified of this incident took over the investigation. Report number 120614608

10:00pm     1800 blk Sunnydale     Assault
Officers Gabriel and Apodaca were dispatched to investigate an assault. The officers met with the victim and recognized her from previous a contact. The victim told officers that she went to meet a neighbor at the neighbors’ home. Once there, the victim noticed that there was another person next to her neighbor and that both were drinking and intoxicated. The victim told the officers that the subject offered her a drink which she declined. The unknown suspect took the response the wrong way and started to yell and then started to swing her fists wildly at the victim. The victim told the officers that she was able to block the blows. Then the suspect went to the kitchen, grabbed a stovetop burner grill and started hitting her with it. The victim sustained a few blows but managed to push the suspect away and flee the scene. After the incident the victim drove herself to the hospital where she reported the crime. Report number 120617549

11:04pm     Unit blk Sunnydale      Robbery
Officers Pedersen and Hom were dispatched to an incident regarding an armed robbery involving a firearm. The officers arrived at the scene and noticed a car with its trunk open and multiple grocery bags on the ground. As they approached the vehicle, a female subject came out and told them that her husband was just robbed. The victim told officers that an unknown suspect held a gun to his head while he was unloading groceries. The victim also told the officers that there were three other suspects that stole the victim’s wallet. After stealing the wallet, one of the suspects knocked the victim to the ground and then all of the suspects started to kicking him the suspects fled the scene afterwards. SFFD Paramedics responded to treat the victim’s wounds. Numerous Ingleside officers searched the area for the suspects and canvassed for witnesses with negative results. Report number 120614971
