Officer Dominguez responded to the call of a possible auto boost.  The reportee advised him that she was in her home when she heard a car alarm sounding and glass breaking.  She noticed a male open and close a door on a parked vehicle, but it did not appear that he removed any items from the vehicle.  The officers made contact with the owner of the vehicle who stated that he did not believe anything was missing from the vehicle.  The officer was unable to locate any latent fingerprint evidence at the scene.  Report number 120551050

11:15am     800 blk Delano             Auto Boost
Officers Morgante and Martinez were on patrol when they were flagged down by a male regarding an auto boost.  The victim stated that he parked and secured his vehicle and as he walked away noticed two male suspects breaking a window and removing items from the vehicle.  The victim was a Spanish speaker and Officer Walsh responded to the scene to assist in the interview.  The victim told her that he could possibly recognize the suspects if he saw them again.  Report number 120543358

SFCCPD Officer Hakes was sent to investigate a theft.  She was told by the victim that she secured her items in a locker and when she returned found the padlock missing and the items had been removed.  She said there were no witnesses and did not know who would want to take her belongings.  Report number 120540912

4:00pm       900 blk Paris                 Auto Boost
A victim responded to Ingleside Station and told PSA Flynn that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found several items missing.  He said there was no sign of forced entry and did not give anyone permission to enter the vehicle.  PSA Flynn offered to print the vehicle for fingerprints but the victim said he did not wish to have him do that at the time.  Report number 120549732

4:30pm       200 blk Edna                Malicious Mischief
Officer Frisk was dispatched to a neighbor dispute.  The victim advised that she had been having issues with a neighbor who is frequently under the influence of alcohol.  On today’s date she said she noticed someone had left bushes and flowers in a messy pile in front of her home.  She confronted her neighbor who admitted that he was the one who had left the leaves there.  She told her neighbor she was going to call the police.

Officer Frisk took pictures of the leaves and booked them into evidence at Ingleside station.  She provided the victim with a Community Board referral card.  She attempted to contact the suspect neighbor at his address to no avail.  Report number 120546619

7:42pm       4700 blk Mission          Agg. Assault
Officers Khan and Dilag responded to a possible assault with a knife.  They met with a victim who said he had been approached by two males on Mission Street and ran into a store because they were trying to fight with him.  When the victim exited the store a silver vehicle began following him. The victim was unsure if it was the same suspects so he continued walking. 

A few minutes later Officers Leong and Gonzalez responded to a stabbing a few blocks away.  The victim was bleeding from his right shoulder and an ambulance was summoned immediately.  The victim told the officers that he was with a friend inside a bakery when two male suspects entered the store and began fighting with them.  The victim then felt a sharp pain in his neck area and noticed he was bleeding.  He was transported to the hospital for further medical treatment and told the officers that he was unsure if he could recognize the suspects. 

Several witnesses were interviewed at the scene, including one that was with the victim.  The witness told the officer that the incident began on a MUNI bus when his friend found some money on the floor.  He picked up the money and then the suspects began punching and kicking him because they said the money was theirs.  All parties exited the bus and the fighting continued.  The witness then noticed he had been stabbed as he tried to defend his friend.  The suspects fled the scene and the second victim was transported to the hospital by his girlfriend.  He also told the officers that he was unsure if he could recognize the suspects.  The officers contacted MUNI dispatch and requested a copy of the video surveillance tape from that bus.

At the hospital one of the victims was taken into surgery and a search of his clothing revealed a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine.  The substance was testing at Ingleside station and tested positive for the presence of cocaine.  Officer Lustenberger hand carried the substance to the Narcotics Drop Box at the Hall of Justice.  Sgt. McDonnell with SFPD’s Gang Task Force responded and took over the investigation.  Report number 120550450

SFCCPD Officer Hadi was on patrol when he was flagged down by the victim of an auto boost.  The victim told him that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found his window smashed and several items missing.  The officer searched the area for any other witnesses to no avail.  Report number 120523805

11:00pm     1100 blk Bosworth       Theft
Officer Morgante responded to a theft.  The victim advised that he brought a friend home and he stayed until the early morning hours.  The victim woke up to find his friend some of his property missing. the victim had no contact information for the suspect, the officers conducted a record check on the name provided by the victim. there were no matches or wants for that name.  Report number 120548916

11:20pm     San Jose/Santa Ynez    Agg. Assault
Officer Dominguez and several other Ingleside officers responded to an assault.  The victim told the officers that he was hanging out with friends he knew from childhood and they were riding the MUNI bus together.  The victim told the officers that everyone in his group exited the bus. This is when the suspects suddenly attacked the victim by punching and kicking him.  After the victim fell to the ground the suspects fled. The victim told the officers that he was unable to identify or provide descriptions of the suspects.  The victim became uncooperative with the officers after he complained of pain.  The officers called an ambulance for the victim.  The victim refused medical treatment.  The Officers searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspects and additional witnesses.  The officers contacted MUNI dispatch and requested a copy of the video surveillance tape.  Report number 120550808
