11:10pm 100 Blk Dublin St Warrant
Officers Ma, Almaguer and Barajas responded to a call regarding an intruder in the backyard of a house. The resident of the home advised that she had seen a male with a flashlight in the backyard. She called 911 and when the officers arrived they were able to locate the suspect and detain him. The officers were able to ascertain that the suspect had an outstanding $5000 warrant for drugs. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside Station. The victim did not want to press charges for the trespassing. Report number 120469675

1:00pm 1500 Blk Cortland Fraud
Officer Lee prepared a report6 regarding a fraud. The victim came to the station and told the officer that she had met a man on line that she planned to marry. The suspect sent her a check to cash in order to buy a house. The victim told her that when she attempted to cash the check she was told it was fraudulent. The bank requested she file a police report, but because she has never seen the suspect she was unable to provide any information. Report number 120459711
6:30pm 200 Blk Dalewood Battery
Officer Frisk responded to a call regarding a fight between a woman and two known suspects. The victim advised the officer that the suspect had approached her threateningly with a knife. All this stemmed from an argument over cooking. The suspects at one point left the location and have not been seen since. This case is under investigation. Report number 120470858
10:00pm 400 blk Mission Vandalism
Officers Peregrina and McMilton were sent to investigate a vandalism case. The victims told the officers that they were tossing grapes at each other when one of the grapes hit a passing car. The victims saw the car stop and became frightened. The victims hid. A short 9time later that victims heard a crash and found a broken window. Report number 120472268
