Arrests:

2:25am                3100 Blk Mission St               Vandalism
Officers Ferronato and Anderson were on patrol when they spotted a suspect writing on the wall of a premise.  The officers exited their vehicle and contacted the suspect.  The suspect was holding an open container of alcohol in one hand and a marker in his other hand.  The marker was seized as evidence.  The suspect was cited for the open container and possession of graffiti tools.  Report 120376767

4:36pm                5400 Blk Mission St               Warrant
Officers Almaguer and Lustenberger were on patrol when they spotted a suspect they were familiar with from prior police contact.  A records check revealed that the suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant.  The officers contacted the suspect and arrested him without further incident.  Report 110551474

6:40pm                4700 Blk Mission St               Warrant
Officers Lustenberger and Almaguer were dispatched to a report of a mentally disturbed person.  Dispatch advised the officers that the suspect was acting aggressive towards pedestrians in the area and was cursing at them.  The officers arrived and contacted the suspect matching the description provided by dispatch.  A records check of the suspect revealed that she was wanted on an outstanding warrant.  The suspect was arrested.  Report 120378490

1:17am                200 Blk Trumbull St              Arson
Officers Hermosura and Contreras responded to a report of an arson.  Upon their arrival, SFFD had already extinguished the fire that had caught on a vehicle.  The vehicle was towed for further investigation.  Report 120376701

11:18am              Justin & Murray St               Battery
Officers Chang and Park were dispatched to a report of a fight.  While en route, dispatch advised the officers that the suspect had fled the scene.  The officers arrived and contacted the victim.  The victim was driving and had approached the intersection.  The victim attempted to make a turn when suddenly a vehicle sped up and stopped directly in front of her vehicle, preventing her from turning.  The suspect and a passenger in the vehicle began shouting at the victim.  The victim began yelling back at the suspect.  The suspect got out of his vehicle and approached the victim’s window, which was rolled down.  The victim yelled at the suspect, and he punched her on her cheek, knocking the earring out of her ear.  The suspect fled.  The victim refused medical treatment.  Report 120377339

1:40pm                3300 Blk Mission St               Fraud
PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi took a report regarding fraud.  The victim’s vehicle had been broken in to in January of this year.  The victim was alerted to several fraudulent charges during the months during January and February.  Report 120377715

9:20pm                5800 Blk Mission St               Threats
Officers Almaguer and Lustenberger were dispatched to a report of threats.  The victim was tearful and visibly distraught regarding two telephone calls she received from the suspect.  The victim did not recognize the phone number, so she let the call go to voicemail.  The victim then received several text messages from the same phone number threatening to come over to her home.  The victim was fearful and insisted that she did not know who the suspect was.  Report 120378898
