6:00am       400 Blk Andover          Assault
Officers Anderson and Ferronato responded to a fight.  The reportee advised that the roommates had been arguing over unpaid rent.  The roommate in question refused to leave and used an instrument to assault the other roommate.  The police arrived on scene and interviewed the parties.  It was determined that this was an ongoing feud and the incident occurred a while back.  The victim had already been treated for his injury.  The reportee only wanted the suspect escorted out of the premises.  The suspect left voluntarily.  No further police action was requested and the officers provided all parties with follow up information.  Report Number 120191452

6:00am       Cortland/Elsie               Robbery
Officers Anderson and Ferronato were sent to investigate a robbery.  The victim advised that he was walking on Cortland when he was robbed by an unknown male.  The victim’s story was inconsistent and officers later determined that the story had been fabricated and that no robbery had occurred.  They provided the reportee with follow up information.  Report Number 120064194

8:0am         300 Blk Jersey              Veh. Tampering
A victim responded to Ingleside station and told Officer Campion-Healy that she parked and secured her motorcycle.  She was later alerted by her cellular phone that the installed Lo-Jack was showing movement.  The victim went outside and noticed that the motorcycle and had been moved from its original spot and a truck was parked where the motorcycle was.  She did not see any damage to the motorcycle but wanted the incident document should she later locate any damage.  She was provided with follow up information.  Report Number 120192137

10:50am     Mansell/Visitacion        Theft
A victim responded to Ingleside station and told Officer Giannini that she parked and secured her vehicle and when she returned found the window smashed and several items missing.  She was unable to provide any suspect information and there were no witnesses.  Officer Giannini was unable to obtain latent fingerprints due to the vehicle condition and surface materials.  He provided the victim with follow up information.  Report Number 120189532
