Officer Curry was on patrol when a victim flagged him down.  The victim stated that her car window was smashed, but it did not appear that anything was missing. The Officer took photographs of the vehicle and booked them as evidence at Ingleside Station.  He provided the victim with follow up information. Report Number 120232636

10:00am              200 Blk Valdez                       Fraud
Police Service Aide Flynn was on Station duty at Ingleside Station when a victim came in to file a report of identity theft. The victim informed the PSA that he had received a letter from the Tax Board stating he owed a large amount of money in additional taxes in 2010. The victim stated that he did not file any returns, but he has an extension for that year. When the victim spoke with the Tax Board they advised him to file a police report. The Tax board also informed the victim that there was a filing under his name using an address in Vallejo; and an employer in South Carolina. The victim stated that he never lived in Vallejo nor did he work for a company in South Carolina. Report Number 120233844

1:46pm                Unit Blk Tiffany                    Dog Bite
Officer Lim was dispatched to a call regarding a dog bite. The officer met with the victim who stated he was walking a friend’s dog when it was bit by another dog. The victim identified the dog’s owner but stated he did not want to press any charges. Animal Care and Control responded to investigate and all parties were provided with follow up information. 6:00pm                400 Blk Edinburgh                Burglary
Officer Conceicao responded to a call regarding a possible burglary. The victim informed the Officer that when she returned to her home she noticed several items that had been moved and her television and CD player were no longer working. The victim also informed the officer that there were multiple items that had been removed from her residence without her consent. The victim stated that the only other person who has keys to her home is the landlord.  The officers took pictures of the damages and provided her with follow up information.  Due to the lack of physical evidence, SFPD’s Crime Scene Investigations Unit was not notified.  Report Number 120233076

Officer Conceicao responded to a call regarding a burglary. The victim informed the officer that when she returned home she noticed water had been poured on her laptop and radio. The victim also noticed the cord for her sewing machine was also missing. She was unable to provide any further information and was provided with follow up information.  Report Number 120233214

8:15pm                2500 Blk Alemany                 Burglary
Officers Dilag and Quintero were dispatched to a call regarding a burglary. The officers met with the victim who stated that when she returned home she found the bedrooms in disarray, and her jewelry box missing. The officers informed the victim to not touch anything and advised her that CSI would be responding. The officers concluded that the front door was the point of entry.  They took pictures of the scene and booked them into evidence at Ingleside station. Report Number 120234739

Officers Antonian and Dudley were dispatched to a call regarding a possible robbery. The officers met with the victims who stated they were sitting on the bus when a suspect approached them and attempted to steal their iPhone’. As the suspect attempted to grab their phones, the victims held on to their phones tightly. The suspects ran off the bus towards Sunnydale. The officers searched the area for the possible suspects to no avail. They provided all victims with follow up information.  Report Number 120234632
