Arrests:

1:32pm       1800 Blk Alemany        Assault
Officers Chew and Naval were dispatched to an assault report. The victim informed the officers that an unknown suspect had assaulted him the night before. The victim gave a brief description of the suspect and informed the officers the suspect was still inside the residence. The suspect was located and detained then the victim positively identified him as the person who had assaulted him. The suspect was arrested and transported to Ingleside Station where he was booked for the assault. Officer Naval took several photographs as evidence and booked them at Ingleside Station. The victim received non life threatening injuries. Report Number 120039147

12:00pm     Unit Blk Naglee             Theft
Police Services Aide Cato was on duty at Ingleside Station when a victim came in to report a burglary. The victim stated a known suspect had broken into her residence and removed several items from her home. The victim stated she had spoken with the suspect over the phone and the suspect confirmed she and a friend had stolen the items. The victim informed the PSA that she was unsure if the address she had for the suspect was correct. The victim requested a report for documentation purposes.  Report Number 120041459

Police Services Aide Zabarte was on duty at Ingleside Station when a victim came in to file a report of battery. The victim stated she was at home when she heard the doorbell ring. Upon opening the door, the victim was pushed to the ground and the suspect began slamming her head against the floor. The victim stated she called for her boyfriend to help and the suspect left. The victim informed the PSA she had been suffering from neck pain but refused medical assistance.  She was provided with follow up information. Officers canvassed the area for the suspect to no avail.  Report Number 120043358

3:30pm       5800 Blk Mission          Vandalism
Officer Lustenberger was dispatched to a report of a vandalism. The victim informed the officer that an unknown suspect had driven away with the gas pump still attached to their car, causing it to rip off. The victim informed the officer that the surveillance cameras may have captured the license plate and picture of the driver and she would make the tape available at a later time.  Report Number 120041506

5:00pm       300 Blk Duncan            Theft
Police Services Aide Zabarte was on duty at Ingleside Station when a victim came to file a report of a theft. The victim stated he had parked his vehicle and upon returning he discovered his catalytic converter had been stolen. The victim informed PSA that he did not notice any other damage to his vehicle and there were no witnesses.  Report Number 120043217

5:49pm       1400 Blk Geneva          Assault
Officers Burke and Carrasco responded to a report of a stabbing incident. The victim informed the officers that he had just been stabbed by an unknown suspect. The officers immediately issued first aid to the victim and summoned an ambulance to the scene. The victim stated two suspects approached him and stole two duffle bags. The victim stated he chased the suspects when one attacked him. He said he did not believe he could recognize the suspects if he saw them again.  Several officers canvassed the area for witnesses and evidence with negative results.  The victim was transported to the hospital for further medical treatment for non life threatening injuries.  The officers took pictures of the scene and the victim’s injuries and booked them into evidence at Ingleside station.  Report Number 120041647
