11:14am 3300 Blk Mission Shoplifting
Officer Coles was sent to a theft call. She spoke with reportee who advised her that she observed a male enter the store, conceal some items under his shirt and exit the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. The reportee followed the suspect, detained him outside the store and escorted him back inside. The reportee signed a citizen’s arrest for the theft and the suspect was transported to Ingleside station pending further investigation. The suspect was unable to present any form of identification and was therefore booked into custody pending positive identification. Report Number 111012570
12:22pm Unit Blk Norton Warrant
Officers Wilson and Gomez were on patrol when they were flagged down by a citizen regarding a suspicious male who was loitering in the area and waving a knife at people. The citizen provided a description of the suspect and the officers located him nearby. The officers approached the suspect and detained him. A search of his person uncovered a knife which the officers removed from him for their safety. A record check revealed an outstanding warrant for the suspect and he was transported to Ingleside station pending further investigation. After positive identification was made of the suspect, and the warrant was confirmed, he was booked into custody for the warrant. Report Number 111012871
1:40pm 3300 Blk Mission Shoplifting
Officers Pederson and Preston were dispatched to a shoplifting call. They spoke with the reportee who told them that he observed a male enter the store, place several items in a cart and proceed to exit the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. The reportee detained the suspect outside of the store and escorted him back inside. The officers arrived and took custody of the individual. The reportee signed a citizen’s arrest and the suspect was transported to Ingleside station pending further investigation. At Ingleside station a record check revealed multiple arrests for shoplifting and two outstanding warrants. The suspect was booked into custody upon verification of the warrants and for the theft charge. Report Number 111013164
7:22pm Unit Blk Rice Warrant
Officers Peregoy and several other Ingleside officers responded to assist a behavioral health employee who wanted to place a hold/warrant on one of her clients. The officers contacted the individual at his address and took him into custody without incident. He was transported to the county jail and booked on the outstanding warrant. Report Number 111014190

A victim responded to Ingleside station and told PSA Zabarte that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found multiple scratches/dents on the vehicle and the lights damaged. The victim said that no entry was made into the vehicle and he was unable to provide any suspect information. He was provided with follow up information. Report Number 111012229
1:00pm 400 Blk Anderson Vandalism
A victim responded to Ingleside station and told PSA Zabarte that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found the convertible top had been damaged. The victim said that no entry was made into the vehicle and he was unable to provide any suspect information. He was provided with follow up information. Report Number 111012310
3:00pm 1600 Blk Geneva Att. Burglary
CPSAs Lee and Reynolds were sent to investigate an attempted burglary. The reportee advised that he locked and secured the premises and when he arrived at work this morning found damage to a lock on a gate and one of the door handles. The reportee said that it seemed entry had been made but that things were not disturbed and that nothing appeared to be missing. The CPSAs provided the reportee with follow up information and determined there were no suitable surfaces suitable for fingerprints. Report Number 111012053
4:30pm 2000 Blk Alemany Vandalism
Officer Marino responded to a vandalism. She spoke with the victim who told her that she locked and secured her rear gate when she left the evening before. She returned this morning and noticed there were various screws affixed to the gate which locked it and prevented her from entering. The victim said she was unable to provide any further information on the suspect and there were no witnesses. She was provided with follow up information. Report Number 111012235
